Nice location, food great but service needs improvement. Hello, you have customers. Wait time for service long, once you actually get to order , don't expect a check back to see how things are going. We stayed at Sonesta so gratuity was built into the price during breakfast. We tried dinner, still nothing changed. HMMM

My wife and I had a great lunch here. Food was amazing, service outstanding - Thank you Patrick! In fact the entire staff went above and beyond to make the meal great. They had a very tasty menu. I had the jerk chicken sandwich and my wife had the parpanelle pasta dish which we both enjoyed. Good selection of beers on draft as well. Highly recommendedKid-friendliness: They have a kids menu, we didn’t have kids with us but other patrons did

Great service by Cory. He is attentive and professional, quick and organized. He definitely deserves a raise. The food is spectacular, no matter what you order. Best service I ever had eating in different places around the world.

We went on New Year's Eve. Even though the food was good but the service was terrible. We had a small child with us so we ordered his meal as soon as we sat down. They forgot his food and never came back to take our order. I had to chase down our server several time. By the time my kids food came they told us it was on the house. It was not on the house, we paid for his meal. I just want to leave I didn't care. I know it was a holiday. We will never come back.

It was NYE and there was a party going on upstairs. But the restaurant was still open and it did fill up. The waitress was initially fine but when the restaurant filled up suddenly we didn't see her for at least half an hour. Another server finally came by and brought us our check. Then she comes by as we are finalizing the payment like nothing was wrong. They also automatically added 18% on the check for service and I would not have left that much if it wasn't on there...the service we received was not worth that. The food was very good that we received, but the prices were quite high for what we got, even for the beach.

Located inside the Sonesta hotel, they have a variety of different foods to try. We loved the wings, and the ice cream is served to you inside a coconut! Absolutely love it here! There is indoor and outdoor seating. The service is great, and it is also located across the street from the beach so you can enjoy a view while you eat.

Phenomenal experience. Staff and food are first rate!! Have had both dinner and lunch and equally enjoyed both. Highly recommend.

Sat at the outside bar for an early dinner & sunset bubbles. The bartender Indira seemed personable and somewhat attentive. She was busy chasing a bee & telling customers that she had slept until 11:00 AM. I received two complimentary drink cards from the Sonesta. I ordered a Prosecco then my dinner.I ordered a second Prosecco right before my dinner arrived. I gave Indira the drink tickets with $10 for a tip. I finished my dinner and requested a third Prosecco and requested my dinner check. At this time I asked to have separate checks since my company does not reimburse for alcohol.I received one check with two Prosecco’s and my dinner. I was confused and asked her to separate the check and I would pay for the third Prosecco. Indira tells me I had four Prosecco’s and said she was not going to argue with me. I explained I had two & just ordered a third. She literally was completely confrontational & aggressive. Indira said it was all on camera. After I explained how offensive it was to tell me I had twice the drinks I actually had, I asked her to pull the camera footage, she then said I was not going to be charged for the Prosecco’s. I paid for the food and left the full (third) Prosecco. I went to management of the Sonesta and they were apologetic but took no action to correct the situation.*Side note all tips are included in the final bill. Do not unknowingly double tip.

I was excited to try this after reading many positive reviews. However, despite the food being delicious, the customer service was poor. I had to wait 10 minutes just to be acknowledged by the waitress(young black lady with long ponytail) and she didn’t refill my water or bring paper napkins as requested (I went ahead and asked someone else to bring it to me and refill my water) and I had to wait over THIRTY minutes for my food. And she could of apologized for the wait but she didn’t and she didn’t even check on me during that thirty minute wait.

Cute little place! It wasn't busy even tho the food and drinks were pretty good. And the staff was very nice!Went for happy hour since the prices were more reasonable. Got both the coconut shrimp and the mahi-mahi tacos. They were pretty good. I'd order again. Ceviche was VERY good! And so was the key lime pie. Live music. A lot of space. And was very clean and modern. It's a great place to really relax and refresh.
