Ordered a $90 order from Ft Lauderdale location. Pepperoni not on the pepperoni pizza I ordered. Called and manager told me it was on the pizza under the cheese. I told him it wasn’t and that I even pulled the cheese back to check prior to calling. He said he knew it was there as he made it himself. Finally said I could cone and get another but they couldn’t bring it. After $90 plus delivery and that wad the main thing I wanted. Food is great but customer service makes it not taste that great

I live nearby on Isle of Venice Drive so I ordered a calzone on Uber Eats last night for dinner before I went to work. I knew deliveries were probably busy so I chose a nearby restaurant specifically, and I paid Uber Eats extra to be prioritized by the driver. I wanted to be sure I’d eat before work. My food arrived SO fast, but that’s because the calzone wasn’t fully cooked. Once I bit into it I could see all the uncooked dough inside and I desperately tried to finish cooking it in the oven but alas, no luck. And no dinner for me before work. Went to sleep on an empty stomach. All because I made the very wrong choice to order Stoners Pizza.

IT WAS LATE WHEN WE ATE & THEN VISITED THE SMOKE SHOP, WAS VERY HELPFUL & COOL & ACTUALLY STOPPED @ STONERS PIZZA JOINT WHILE ME & KRISTI WERE EATING & AS WE LEFT I SAW HIM IN SMOKE SHOP SO FIGURED THAT SMOKE SHOP WOULD BE BEST PROBABLY!! ???? IT WAS & IS THE PERFECT LOCATION (S) - PIZZA & PIPES!/ PIZZA & PRE-ROLLS™️!! Stoners turned into a production joint. Besides the dudes hair in the pizza, it was just unedible the garlic knots have been tied into ropes, and I don't give bad reviews ✌️

Amazing pizza - probably the best in town - BUT their customer service both on the phone as well as at the store isn't worth the trouble. I'm shocked that it's still in business and I won't order from them again. Sad to think that they hit it out of the park with product but completely miss the mark with the customer experience. If management or ownership is reading this, I'd highly recommend training your staff with more diligence.
