Today I ate at Subway for the first time in YEARS! The service was average and the food wasn't bad, I just can't believe that a 6" chicken sub is now $8.49!

Lousy service. Sandwich worker seemed lost l, like real attention deficit disorder.My receipt showed I was charged for the wrong item.Definitely not going back to that Subway in the Coral Ridge Mall. There are better choices.

The amount of disrespect in that I just witnessed in this subways is unimaginable. Yound girl with the aunties pretzel shirt took care of me and she was sitting on the phone not attending anyone when she decided to finally get up she was talking on her phone, from the time I got there until I left. She was cursing on the phone, and talking to another associate who was trying to ignore her since she was trying to be polite in front of customers. This girl should not work nowhere near customers.

They made me something off the menu. It was a cheesesteak with marinara and provolone. It was so good. They should add it to the menu and the people there are always so friendly.

I ordered online for pick up. I thought this way I can save time. But instead I waited 30 more minutes there. I wasted all my lunch time by waiting. 30 mins prep and 30 mins wait. They couldn’t prepare a sandwich in an hour. I do not recommend. Go there if you have time to

I ask a bred with cheese she’s told me don’t will cut bc the bread will burn her hands, she scream with me and argh in the middle of the mall . 4 stars because of Max. He was professional and friendly which is rare these days. He made a great footlong sub. The reason it’s not 5 is because this location is without product or an oven working all to often.

Lack and poor costumer service from the lady works at the subway, she very disrespectful and very pretty totally rude !!! She screamed with a costumer in front of me, that’s is unacceptable. Never again ….Do not recommend!!! Need to improve the service and hire people who really want and need to work cuz she’s is terrible!!!
