Stopped in for happy hour. Our server was kind and the restaurant is really pretty. We ordered a rum-based drink that was so bad we couldn’t finish it. It basically tasted like milky lemon juice. The spicy tofu was underwhelming—cold unpressed cubed tofu in a decent sauce. Our veggie tempura included an entire half onion, which seems like a really odd choice.

We have been coming here at Sushi Garage Las Olas for a few years now, or ordering take out when we are in the mood for high quality delicious Sushi and their amazing variety of cooked Japanese dishes. My husband eats Sushi every chance he gets while traveling and he still says Sushi Garage has the best tasting Sushi he has ever eaten, WHY…because nothing beats FRESH and high grade quality fish and seafood. There’s a difference… and though some may find it pricey and sometimes have a long wait time, it’s worth it! Choose well and you will enjoy every bite you order! Alex and his team work together to give you “all they have” for a wonderful dining experience.?❤️❤️❤️

Happy hour is a scam, it's not a happy hour is 1/2 price for 1/2 portion, what happy hour? Sushi is so so, a lot of places with better food. 1st and last visit to this place.

The Manager at the las Olas location is Awesome. I live in the neighborhood downtown and visit Sushi Garage on a weekly basis. The staff is welcoming and service is always fantastic. I Highly recommend for the best Sushi if you are in the Las Olas area.

The rolls were great. The sashimi pear appetizer was fantastic! I will definitely return because of the good food and nice atmosphere. All cooked food has MSG so that is something to know if you like hot dishes. Our server was the best! He was a student from LSU spending summer break in FTL. He was super attentive, patient with the little one and gave great recommendations.

We headed to @sushigarage_lasolas for drinks and vibes. Great service The Sushi Green Machine drink was too good! The chili shrimp dumplings were amazing. The Shrimp tempura tacos were yummy as well. Of course had to get a California roll and a Shrimp Tempura Roll. All so yum! Horrible service by Austin H. Lied to us that happy hour ended at 7:55 pm. We were here waiting for him to come to table since 7:46 pm for happy hour. He came only at 7:56 with the news -conveniently - that happy hour closed. Tied up the convo saying “uhh we have the longest happy hour in las olas.” Also since we were a party of 6 the tip had to be included. He never showed up until we wanted the bill. I feel bad for the owner he tries so hard. Good man.But that guy Austin ruined our night. What a drag…

their happy hour left me very unhappy. it’s half price sushi for half the amount of sushi!! literally a $16 roll (8 pieces) becomes $8 for 4 pieces. THATS NOT HAPPY HOUR. the service sucked. there were 6 ppl in there and my server left the floor and became a bartender right when i wanted to ask for the check - mind you, there was already one serving the 3 ppl at the bar. also, they included 20% tip for just my wife and i. and lastly, the sushi wasn’t even good. the gyoza had idk what inside it but it was gross. and the edamame had zero flavor. i make better ones from a frozen bag. i should’ve stuck with my gut and went to S3 like i originally planned.

Got here just before Happy Hour ended. Great pricing. Lively spot and great sushi. Used the InKind pass which saved some extra money - or just let me eat even more food for the same price.

Phenomenal!!! Everything was so delicious! From Homemade Shrimp Dumpling soup. Crispy Bok Choy! Garage Bagel Roll! Short Ribs….theres so much more we consumed! Every plate sent back was clear of all food and garnishes, it was that good! The ambiance was great, they have outdoor and indoor seating, we sat outside. Our server was also very knowledgeable on the menu and knew what to recommend. This was our first time here and will definitely return. We also learned that there are other locations along the coast. I hope to visit again!! Too delicious for photos but everything was plated beautifully!!….Thanks for a great night out!

I used to love this place in the past, but charging $2 for side of an one oz of spicy mayo and $2 for side of some spicy sauce is ridiculous! If you have heard of “nickel and dime” this place is it. I used to like this place, but will not be retuning. The 20% auto gratuity for a party of 1 is super special! It only took almost 10 minutes to be greeted at bar top. The bar team did their best but the owner must be trying to find ways to retain staff or pay overheard .

Shockingly empty for a Friday night. To be fair, that seemed like Las Olas, but still, it matters. Fish was overwhelmed by different flavors, thereby taking away from the quality of the fish, which was impossible to discern. My recommendation is K.I.S. - keep it simple. I take my sushi seriously. I won't be back.
