I don’t normally do this because I love Sweet green but the service I received at this location last week was atrocious. A server named jacnita served me with an attitude. It was so bad that I had to ask for a different server to help me, who had a more positive attitude. When conversing with the other server I was shocked to learn that she was the manager. Sweet green needs to find a new manager who is professional when serving customers. I will be going to a different location until then!

I personally love Sweetgreen. It’s a healthier alternative and tastes good. I have been to quite a few locations between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. However, this location is skimping people on their portions. For the price you pay and still not being satisfied after the portion it’s a bummer. I have only tried this location in the evenings and it’s usually the same gentlemen. I wish it could be a 3.5 starts, I feel it is more representative but I’ll round up. I don’t know see if you get lucky.

Thank you for such a delightful experience. I ordered the Shroomami and it was amazing. I added some breadcrumbs and balsamic vinaigrette, the lovely lady mixed it, and wow! I was looking for a light, healthy yet filling meal, and found it here. Thank you ✌??✨Vegetarian options: You can switch out anything you want for any dish or make your own! As a fellow vegetarian, I love this place.

Honestly great food. Dont get me wrong that's a quality salad. Buttttt it's a damn shame they act like they are giving out rations in preparation for the third world war. Like dude I'm trying to eat healthy but I don't like lettuce so drown my salad is dressing. Is it way less healthy and no doubt doing more harm than good and making me more fat? Yes. But it makes me feel skinny so I'm okay with that. Anyways quality food but they just got to step it up on the scooper.... It doesn't come out of your paycheck.

Placed an order online that was never delivered or received. Door dash was unable to locate the restaurant, and if you call the number listed it’s all automated. Don’t bother ordering if you are looking for delivery or customer service!

If you need help with a delivery order even if SG screwed it up you cant apeak to anyone about it. There is no option to get live help. Texting is a joke too. But theyll charge you a high service charge but not deliver good service. Ill never eat at the SG at the Quarry in SA again. Despite my review of the restaurant all anyone says is thanks for the feedback

Customer service for this restaurant is nonexistent. I work in a corporate office and when orders are placed it is usually a large order and every time something goes. Trying to reach someone to resolve an issue is impossible. I ordered a salad with chicken and the salad came with NO CHICKEN. We ordered bread with the order and there was no bread to be found. We decided to give them another try, again no chicken with the salad, and the bread we received was sliced bread that looked like it came from a gas station. We reached out through email, online chat, and phone. An hour later we received an email saying we would get a credit for the inconvenience. When I went to log in to my account to use the credit, the credit was gone with no warning or communication. I have never been so frustrated by the customer service of a restaurant but this experience has been horrible. Will never order from there again. I've seen multiple reviews about customer service and never being able to speak to a human, you should try changing that and listen to customers frustration.

Ordered a warm bowl for delivery and it contained soil/stones, possibly from improperly cleaned toppings. This is totally unacceptable. I have to now find another option for dinner late at night!

The harvest bowl I got tasted delicious but I honestly think it was overpriced. Every add on costs a small fortune. I do love the atmosphere here, they did a really good job on the design. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options, and healthy food you can feel good about.
