“Fun!! We visited on a complete whim Friday evening and we so surprised. The happy hour goes until 8!!! $3 tacos and $6 margaritas. “We were in for a meal during our vacation at Hollywood Beach and decided to go to Chili's because I had a gift card to use. We both had the 3 for Me with the Chicken Tortilla soup and Cajun Shrimp Pasta. The food was delicious. Our server, Robert, was awesome. We couldn't ask for a better person. “So this Chili's was in Pompano buy I am gonna tell you their service is ? awesome. I was hesitant at first because my spouse and I went to the dmv next door and we were really hungry. Saw it on the way and decided why not. We were met by a very kind smiling server. Who ensured that she gave us recommendations and was very polite and attentive. We placed our order and I swear the food was ready in no time. I don't know if you watch Adam Sandler's movie, Mr. Deeds, you see how his butler was attentive and was there when he needed him. This was her. ?The food was also well prepared, hot and nice. We had a great experience.“
“We come here every single Tuesday for our typical Taco Tuesday Bike ride. We spend tons of money here! Ordinarily, this is a decent place with decent food...this time it was horrible! The chicken wings were so overdone that I could not bite them...I had to yank and pull to get the meat off the bone to the point I dumped the entire thing in the garbage. This is not typical of the place, but when they prepared those wings, they had no business serving the wings to anybody... not even a dog! This experience was horrible! I hope they do not do this next time. Horrible experience.“

“We had an excellent time at Chili's yesterday at the Cypress Creek location. Richard was our server - and he had served us in the past a while back. We had the 3 for Me Menu - which is a great deal - and the Crispy Chicken Sandwiches we ordered were absolutely fresh, delicious and piping hot. Richard is one of the most professional servers - he always makes us feel welcome, with a smile, knows the menu inside and out and is always on top of the table. We wish there were more servers like Richard - he takes his job seriously, truly cares and has such positive energy. So this experience was a 10 out of 10 with a great meal and fantastic server - we hope that Chili's can recognize Richard for outstanding customer service - he truly is an asset to your organization.
