terrible front when ordering take out. 6 times ordered pork lo mein and gotten beef or chicken. Always order 2 one for me and one for wife. gotten 1 and left. didnt open bag to look (stupid me) another time yesterday looked in bag and only one. told girl and she said you only paid for 1. I told her i asked for 2 pork lo mein and not chicken or beef. manager was there and i dealt with him before and he told girl charge me another $25 and it will be out soon. waited half hour for the 1st one. when told him about problems he said call when that happens. what the hell after getting home to find error i am going to call. what can he say bring it back and we will exchange. No sorry or excuse but very cold. Customer service sucks. 75 miles of driving. Good food but next time will go to local chinese restaurant and order. will be half the price that Bol charges.
