I came in on a bad day, and left smiling. This is the first place I’ve been to in South Florida that has made me feel like a human. Everywhere else, people are rude and treat you simply as a consumer purchasing goods. I will 100% be back here for the customer service alone, not to mention the bagels rock too!

My wife grew up in Brooklyn and knows her bagels. We spent around $30 today, Feb. 1, 2024. We bought 2 plain bagels, veggie cream cheese, a turkey deli bagel and a Williamsburg bagel. The ingredients seemed fresh but the bagels were so very tough we couldnt even bite them. What a dissappointment.

While a bit pricey, the bagels are truly delicious. My husband and I always opt for a standard bagel with lox. The salmon is consistently fresh, and the bagels are always freshly baked!

This morning was my first time visiting the establishment. When I stepped up to the counter I told the woman I wanted Nova cream cheese and before I could even finish she cut me off and told me I needed to pick a bagel. I told her I wanted an everything bagel (I saw these were available online). She said "we don't have any, whats over there is all we have!" I read on the website that they have fresh bagels cooked every morning. I came in about 10 something, so I was surprised they had such few options. Overhearing another customer, she finally said their oven went out this morning and they wouldn't be making any more bagels today. Why not tell people that from the beginning or post a sign?She rang up my order and as I was paying she walked off to the next register and started helping the next guest. It was very rude. I never got my receipt and she never looked back in my direction. Service was not good. It being my first visit, her behavior definitely rubbed me the wrong way. The customers were inconvenienced and she was acting annoyed that customers were asking about the lack of products. As I waited for my food, I watched her and the other workers interact with customers, they were very brash and unapologetic. No smiles. Seems like the team could use some training.
