Don’t say your open until midnight and then have all your doors locked by 11:12pm. Do not do business here if they will answer their phones but won’t let anyone in cause there “closed”.

Started off a little shaky. Stood at the bar for about 1 1/2 hours waiting for a table. Asked a waitress if we needed to put our name down and she said yes the hostess seats you. Could not find a hostess so we asked another waitress if we needed to put our name down for a table. She said just seat yourself. The place is packed. A very nice family saw us and said we could have the table after they were finished. We sat down and a waitress took our drink order. Then the hostess told us that this table is for another party. I was very upset. But she made up for it and found us another table. We ended having a very good time with another family waiting for a table. We asked them to join us because our table was big enough and they were waiting for a table for over 2 hours. We will see them next year same place same time. Thank you Waxy’s.

Best bar in Fort Lauderdale! The Guinness is amazing, tastes as good as it does in Dublin. Food is great, service is great, people are great, can't say enough good things about Waxy's!
Haven't been here in years since before the remodel. Glad to see it's clean and presentable and the patrons less rowdy. Good service and food. Fish and chips up there with the best along with awesome service with a smile.Parking: Just outside

This was my second visit at Waxy's. I liked everything about this place. I had the fish and chips, delicious. It took less than 20 minutes to get our food, which was great.

The Reuben there has to be one of the best I have had. Not sliced corned beef, but nice and thick slabs of it. Plenty of flavor, while not being overly salty. The bread was nice and toasted and not greasy. The cut fries are also good too.Great service behind the bar too.

A truly authentic Irish pub, food and all.lt was packed by 10 am. Soccer game going on, all European customers, deligtefull accents, and a highly charged atmosphere. Very local, regular patrons and friendly as all getout!! The service was superior!!, and now we know what a banger is.
