If I could give no stars I would without hesitation!!!!!!!! I got a COBB salad tonight and there was a dead fly in it. I always pick through my salads because there are parts I don’t like. So glad I do that because I would have eaten that nasty , dirty, disgusting salad! Hate this place. I’ve always had problems with my order wrong here, and bad customer service!!! Whole staff should be fired !!! DIRTY!!!!!

Dreadful experience! Came in for lunch, and the restroom reeked of marijuana, as if we stumbled into an underground club! On top of that, there was filth and untidiness everywhere. How can one expect good service when even basic hygiene conditions aren't met? Absolutely unacceptable! I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The food was warm, so I ordered a biggie bag. The nuggets were hard and luke warm. Fries no salt the fries were burnt dark brown they looked over cooked. Burger also Luke warmed the best thing was the soda and customer service. I didn't normally go to Wendy's off Oakland Park & 56st in Deep side due to the food quality very poor. Again the soda and customer service was great

Food is always great ??Service has much to be desired. Time is now concentrated on drive-thru while customers inside build up and have to wait for their order to be taken. Service was never like this in the past before the drive-thru was a priority.2nd- Drink dispenser had mostly non-working drinks, with mostly carbonation coming from the dispensers that may have worked.3rd- Drinks behind the counter are filled mostly with ice (3 sips and your drink is done) otherwise, clean & ok.

Thee most ghetto Wendy's! It's like they hire anybody for this place. Just sloppy looking employees that don't look clean, just upkept, ratchet with no type of professionalism or friendliness. I try avoiding going to that location but it's literally right around the corner from my house. But 90% of the time that I do go I end up driving right past the drive thru because the lines are long for no reason and the service is less than mediocre and the food don't even come out hot. Whoever owns that franchise need to do something fast because it is just trash!!

This place is ran by the most selfish fat general manager I suggest you go to the Wendy’s on sunset strip, this lace is hot dirty smells Ike sewer water! The GM has only one person here in the morning I gotta wait like 25 minutes just for my food I hate this place she has only one good manager and that is it he does Al the work by himself basically his name is Tyson

Legit the worst Wendy's in existence. Lived near this Wendy's for a few years now. Check your food before leaving, almost always missing something. Quality is suspect, always cold and cooked poorly. Avoid this Wendy's like the plague. Management should be utterly ashamed of how poorly their employees behave and how badly they operate this restaurant.
The handle for family chili brick and it all landed next to my car but great customer service there gave me a new one . THANKS!!!

Lobby always closed waaaaaay before 10! All slow as molasses. They force you into the drive thru only for it to be a 30 minute wait! They must be asleep inside! Should be closed down!

I'm giving a one star because negative 10 is not possible. The bathrooms do not have baby changing stations. The dinning room was empty and we were going to change the baby and clean the table and the mama fee was extremely rude and say we could not do that. I would have to understand it if his dinner was full of clients but it was EMPTY!! If you don't have a baby changing station in your restroom for clients where do you expect families to provide proper care for infants. There are ways of telling customers if you don't want something, but there is no need for rudeness and attitude. We couldn't even use the bathroom counter to because the bathroom were so dirty it could have been weeks since they were cleaned last. It is shameful.
