Very cool whiskey bar. They are "connected" by a courtyard to Quarterdeck, where you can order food, but we just got drinks. Very good drinks. We were pleased with the selection (which is so much more than just whiskey). We would come back. Great place to bring a date for a pre- or post-dinner libation!

This place is a part of Quarterdeck when it comes to the food. Whiskey Neat is about the whiskey. ? They have a variety of Whiskey, several different seating areas and the bar tender was very nice. We sat on the couches and enjoyed our time there. We ordered the wings, lobster sushi ( I wouldn’t order again), shrimp, & chicken tacos. The food was good for bar food. I’d go back for the drinks and the atmosphere.

The ambiance is so calm when you come to this spot. If you're thinking about visiting what are you waiting for don't think twice. The drinks were made well and I would definitely return. The staff are helpful, friendly, and informative when it comes to selecting a drink. No paid parking and there's food that you can order that comes from Quarterdeck which is right neJust a tip: it's a bar for Baltimore Ravens so you're stepping into their territory.

A great area to enjoy an amazingly made whiskey based cocktail for a great price! This is an appropriate whiskey bar where the bartenders will take their time to create a delicious cocktail as opposed to making drinks as fast as possible. The atmosphere is great with a lively comfy interior as well as fireplace outdoor seating where once you order, you can wait and have great conversations. The whiskey cocktails were all good. They make a mean old fashion in 6 different ways here and I wish I had more time to stay and try more of their drinks. If you're in the area, this is the spot if you love whiskey and love to enjoy a well made cocktail. Our bartender was Michelle and I just want to give a huge shout-out to her! She took very good care of our large party and the drinks came out great and very timely for the amount of people we had.
