Rae's Italian on the Beach is pretty good for being a restaurant in a hotel. Service and food were very good. The only negative for me is the automatic adding of a 15% Service Charge to the bill. As we were a party of 2 this seemed a bit excessive. I know other restaurants do this but for much larger parties. Be careful when going to add an additional tip as you will be adding more than you think.

Resort touted this as their high end restaurant. Servers tried really hard. First order 3 Cosmos. They were originally served to us in plastic water cups with no limes or the dirty ice we had requested. Had to ask for the olive oil to be put in the bowl already on our on our table for our bread.. Food was just OK. There was at least one manager roaming around and felt she could of helped out instead of observing. Really wanted to like it but had a better lunch at Bongo's downstairs. Overall loved the resort!

Fantastic meal! Our server Shane said he was in training, but he made great suggestions and we would've thought he'd worked their forever. Their Swordfish special was our favorite- and the meatball was really Really Good. You do need reservations. Best Italian food on the Beach!

Very laminated menu but good. They have gluten free pasta and were able to make a vegan dish that was good. They need a sun shade as the sun was blinding coming in at the corner table but the view is amazing. Service was good.

Everything about this experience was just ok. Waited a long time to be sat despite being on time for our reservation and there barely being anyone in the restaurant at the time. Service was adequate but not great - did not receive much detail about the menu items at all, except that the grouper was "excellent" - so I chose that and was not impressed at all. Menus for both food and wine were quite limited. Food was meh for the price. The best part was probably the free bread.

Rae's at the Pink Shell resort was amazing! We went here for dinner two nights and really loved both meals. This is delicious authentic italian food with an adequate wine list. The chef makes new specials each night. You should hurry and make a reservation before it takes off because the relatively small dining room was not packed either night.

We dined with Jonathon and he was phenomenal! Superb service, quality food, and enjoyable ambience. Jonathan made our dining experience extra special when he learned we were celebrating our honeymoon. We will definitely be returning before we finish our trip.

I did not see a way for someone who cannot do stairs to enter restaurant. The nearest bathroom was down stairs through the pool area and upstairs. There is another one on the pool level but it was closed. There is no espresso offerings. The best part was the staff- they were great!

After being decimated a year and a half ago by Hurricane Ian, Rae's is a shining light in service and cuisine. Stellar service by Olga and all staff and managers. Free valet parking at the resort when you dine. The penne with spinach, goat cheese, wild mushrooms and pancetta in a spicy cream sauce was amazing. Meatball appetizer was great. Beautiful sunset views. A must go.

My wife and I enjoyed our dinner at Rae's this evening. I had the grouper and she had chicken parmesan. We were there during sunset and the view is incredible. Usually when I go to a restaurant for the first time, I can find a half dozen things I would do differently. However, in the case of Rae's, there is only one thing, the music. Background music, which was modern pop songs. I think they would do much better to have Italian music.

Food was simple but devious. Server was kind. Space is small and a little uncomfortable but the view more than makes up for it.

NO HANDICAPPED ACCOMMODATIONS. Had reservations and nothing on website said restaurant was not accessible. Very embarrassing seeing staff running around to figure out how to get my husband up to restaurant. Ended up leaving without eating.
