When I say these are authentic “Colombian Empanadas”??I mean they are perfectly crunchy thin corn shells, filled with perfectly seasoned beef. Just the way my grandmother made them when I was a kid.The “Cod Fish Croquetas” were crunchy on the outside with smooth filling. Packed with bits of fish seasoned to perfection.Beans is simply a consistent Colombian and Cuban fusion cuisine. ????

We just found this place on Sunday while looking for a Cuban Restaurant. Beans is Cuban and Columbian. This is the best we’ve ever had… anywhere!! It’s one of the best restaurants of any type in Ft Myers. I’ve been here for 36 years and I have eaten at all the best places. The quality, prices and value will blow your mind. The owners are a wonderful couple who will take great care of you. Just go!

Such an authentic Cuban and Colombian restaurant! Our lunch was a Cuban sandwich and Daddy’s Fried Rice with Shrimp, Steak and Chicken. Perfectly prepared! The best Cuban Sandwich I have had, my wife couldn’t stop raving about her dish. Great meal and great service.
I wanted an authentic Cuban Sandwich. I am from Miami. It was pretty good. But I went in to pick it up not realizing I had to pay to park. No meters at all. 5 minutes later I have a $20 ticket. Just beware.
Very clean restaurant. Our waitress was pleasant. Listened to Marc Anthony songs, super nice. Food was delicious. Beans were on point! Pan con Bistec was amazing. We had a Corona with our meal served with an iced glass. Will be back.

Just ordered from Beans Restaurant from downtown Fort Myers using Uber Eats. I have been eyeing this restaurant because of the great Google reviews. I am from Miami, so I tend to be a snob with my Cuban food. This restaurant has Cuban and Colombian food. I ordered an array of things to try. I ordered Cuban sandwiches, fried yuca, mojo yuca, croquette, empanada, congri, platanos, and their steak Daddy rice. Let me just say, my Miami heart is so happy!! Everything was delicious! The Cuban sandwich was massive and delicious. I always get excited when I find congri and yuca con mojo on menus and they delivered. This will be a go to for me from now on. I highly recommend!!
