My family and I have been visiting this location since the early- mid 2000s. We’d often visit after church or big family celebrations-It’s been a great place most of the time but over the past couple years it’s gone down a bit. $23 for a large Sicilian isn’t bad if made well. Grinders are also amazing, but again if made well.We place the orders online now instead of calling in, and everytime it’s like our order is not ready, despite arriving 5-10 mins after the pickup time. I typically sympathize by acknowledging that restaurants do get busy, but after 3-4 times you’re kinda like - bruh- ………I just want my food.Or the other issue is the undercooked or overcooked pizza, or not enough cheese when I’ve ordered it for my team at work.It’s a little frustrating but not the end of the world, I just don’t know how many more times we can take bad pizza.The employees are almost ALWAYS REALLY NICE.

Ate at the Fort Myers location last night - not busy at all - 4 adults and 4 children. First, appetizers didn’t come out until part of our party started getting food, and we were missing 2 of the 3. Then salads were wrong - no steak on one as ordered, and onions on the 2 Chefs salads ordered without. Next, three adults and one child got sandwiches, but 2 kids didn’t get spaghetti meals. Finally, 15-20 minutes later, spaghettis came, but the one that was ordered with no sauce (butter only) had sauce. Took another 15 minutes to get a child’s portion of plain spaghetti and that was for my 6 year old granddaughter, who was getting cranky. By the time she got her food, the other kids were done, adults’ hot sandwiches and appetizers were cold. No apologies from the staff. Just kept telling us 10-15 more minutes about every dish was inquired about. We will NEVER eat there again! Think it’s interesting that the tip had to be added to my over $100 bill when I paid - if I could take it back, I would.

Happy, & friendly service. Interior could use some improvement. The homemade garlic bread was very good. The Tuscan chicken was poorly prepared as the cheese should’ve been melted over the chicken, mushrooms, onions(instead of melted onto the bread). But, I’m glad it wasn’t as the chicken was horrible, & I had to pick through the grissle, rubbery, & strange looking pieces! I wondered, this from an American or Chinese factory farm?! I eat quality food, typically organic. Maybe this is the sad, common state of American dining? Everyone is benefited by paying a little extra for good, healthy foods, even if that means eating/serving less.

The space inside is large and bright with many tables. You choose food from a menu, order at the counter, and they bring your food out to you (you can order ahead and carry out as well). There are sodas and beer/wine/seltzer options, which was nice. My friend and I both ordered a personal sized pizza. My friend's came out super quickly- mine came out about ten minutes after hers (which was strange because we ordered right after one another), and mine was made incorrectly. So I had to wait even longer, which was slightly annoying but accidents happen and the pizza was WONDERFUL. The crust was perfect and resembled a deep dish, but wasn't as deep. The sauce was tasty and the personal size was just the right amount of food. I saw grinders coming out and they looked amazing, but that is just too much food for me. I would absolutely recommend trying this spot, and I would definitely come back another time!

They have an excellent Cauliflower crust pizza! I believe its better than their regular crust pizza but I love thin crust as well.
