OK so to be honest I wasn't impressed with the location that I went to in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Just across the street from the Galleria mall. I honestly think their hamburgers are overrated. They are cooked on a flat top and are a little pricey for what I felt I was getting. Not sure that I would go back but that's just my opinion.

Really excellent burgers at good prices. Had the CEO burger and it was delicious. Lots of indoor seating. Service was friendly & fast.

5 stars for excellent customer service :) Deanna (Deanne?) and the manager were outstanding when helping me. They were friendly, respectful, and timely with their help. The app offers free fries when dowloaded for the first time, but it was being a glitchy pain in the a*** so one star off for the problems it caused. Another star off for false advertising and the fries not tasting that good...the ad said to download the app for free fries, but nothing about "with purchase," until I dowloaded the app. But the customer service was great! The employees work very hard and stay professional in spite of how demanding food service is and for being understaffed. Way to go! :)

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Food was delicious! I ordered the veggie burger and it was excellent! I love their fries as well! We had a party of four and we all loved what we ordered. I highly recommend this place and we'll be back again when we visit Florida ?

The burgers are AWESOME! I had the Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger, with grilled onions and chili. Very good! The fries and onion rings were good too!

Never tried Burgerfi before. We wanted to eat I side but it was freezing cold. Had to eat outside while the landscapers we're blowing around the patio right at lunch time so noisy ! Not the best experience. Please turn the air down or we won't return. The burger and fries were good.

Really not worth the price. Two burgers, one regular fries, two drinks and kids meal was $39. At least good tasting hot burgers and fries. We were late everything was fresh.

DO NOT ORDER CURBSIDE OR PICKUP. Sat in the car for over 10 minutes just to walk in to find my food just sitting there.... Employees walking in and out the entire time, and they can even see you from inside..... And they even served someone who walked in after me as I'm standing at the counter...Edit: I just had to add that two burgers and two fries totaled to $30, that's pricey for the service I got today
We went in a 11 am. Ordered my burger and free fries for downloading their app. Asked the girl to show me where to redeem the coupon. She said she didn’t know how. The manager came and helped us. He leaves and she is trying to ring up my hamburger order. She realizes she has no cash drawer. Don’t know if that was on her or the manager. He went to get it and kept apologizing. She rings up the burger and it comes to $9.13 so I give her $20.13. She is standing there staring at it so I push the money towards her. The manager looks up from the back and sees me still standing there. He comes out again and asks what is wrong. She says I don’t know how much I owe her. I said I already said you owe me $11.00. Totally clueless. I honestly feel bad that they can’t find people to work that can’t do simple math. On the positive side the burger was above average in taste and presentation, the fries were good but they sell Coke products. Bummer! The manager and the cook could not have been nicer.

Always excellent and best fries!! Love this place for a good burger and fries! We have ordered several times and it never disappoints! Portions are hearty and food is so tasty!

Greeted upon entering this establishment. Excellent suggestions. Limited amazing menu. If you are in the mood for a good burger or chicken sandwich with great service for normal cost, this is the place. They bring the meal to your table so you can sit while you wait. Lovely atmosphere and decor. TVs that'll keep you occupied with the goings on if you are dining alone or with someone who isn't keep your interest. Not to mention, they have craft beer on tap and desserts.

First time to a burgerfi. It is obliviously a copy of five guys with some minor changes. The burger I had was the wagu spicy burger. It was very good. The fries were very good as well. My wife ordered the spicy chicken only to find out the chicken is not spicy but the extras they add to it is. My wife does not each the cheese or sauces do it was basically a regular chicken sandwich. While it was good it is a total fake out. My wife also ordered unsweetened tea which they had in a bottle but not freshly made like every other fast food type place. So we would come back but they need to make some improvements.
