Told them we were a party of 7, and they gave us a small table and only 5 silverware settings and 5 menus. Took forever to get more silverware and never got more menus. Food was mediocre, and the server informed us they only had 1 cook in the kitchen that day which might explain it. Server was pleasant.

We were in a hurry to catch a flight and our server asked tge kitchen to rush our order. We were simply amazed at how quickly our dinner came and the meal was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant!

We got the lunch fish and chips and lunch chicken pot pie. We enjoyed our salads that came with them, but the fish was horrible. The worst we've had anywhere. Breading had an unpleasant consistently that ruined the fish. The pot pie was okay besides the crust on the exterior of the bowl tasting like a cleaning product.

Great comfort food here. I went on a Monday evening, so it wasn't too busy at all. Our waiter was very attentive. I would definitely come again.

We had a late lunch after shopping. Cheddars atmosphere is tropical with fans in the ceiling in the main dining room with a beautiful wall aquarium on the left. Comfy huge booths. Theresa was a great waitresses honey ? croissants are to die for.! Our food was excellent I had the chicken sandwich with a Caesar salad instead of fries and my friends had chicken with red beans and rice and chicken sand with French fries and a side of broccoli ?. The only issue was there was sausage in the Red beans and sausage wasn't in the description so my friend let the waitress know, and the manager stopped by within 2 minutes and brought her out a new plate without the sausage within another 3 minutes. They listen to their customers and prices are reasonable. I had the victory lane drink and helped save the turtles too. Lunch was twenty bucks with my to-go croissants for the hubs and to me, that was a bargain for Fort Myers!

Tried this place for the first time after relocating to Florida. Heard the food was similar to cracker barrel. Had the country fried chicken and white gravy and it was on par with other restaurants that serve this dish. Waitress was good, friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back and try other items on the menu.

Can't go wrong with Cheddar's. Food selection is good and it is tasty. We've been there several times at different locations and the food and service was consistent.

Can’t be 35 mins late for a to go order. Apparently croissants weren’t made. I worried about the meals being cold, sure enough. Luke warm at best. No apology, nothing. Just handed the bag and walked away.

We visited this restaurant on Saturday 3/12024. We had a table next to windows that faced the parking lot. The blinds on the windows were FILTHY beyond words. This is very unfortunate as we won't be coming back. The service was terrific but we didn't see our waitress to give her our tip. We prefer to give a tip directly to our servers. She just disappeared & when I ask a manager to get her she too took forever, we left the tip on the table. We can only hope she got our tip. Shame on the customer service is all done through computers vs face to face.
