Just left. Had the 3 for me. I can honestly say that my soda was good. The salsa with the chips was all sauce in it. So very runny.My burger was so BLAND!!!Kim was a good waitress and I will not be returning she also had a huge smile on her face when I told her that I would not be returning so did the greeter check when she asked me how my food was and I said it was not good at all she also couldn't stop smiling. Worst waste of $35

I ordered molten lava cake for pick up and they didn’t even heat it! The ‘lava’ was solid. Seriously?! At minimum, the site should say it comes unheated and have instructions on how to heat it properly.

Always big fan off Chili’s, but this location was terrible, we went last week 4 adults and two kids, and $232 dollars later we back home hungry and very upset. The food was inedible, all the main plates was just disgusting., it was like everything was done on microwave, even the tortillas of trío fajita tasted really wired, rice undercooked Stake really bad, greasyAnd undercooked, we ask medium, and everything just taste Cajun. The only we can eat was the chicken enchilada soup. The server was really nice no complaint about that.

It was late , and they were open until 11pm . It was the only place open. That being said , the food was pretty good ,like I would expect . The service was horrible . One waiter seated us, took our drink order and then 25 min later someone else brought us drinks . Then a different waiter showed to take our order, and he apologized profusely for the wait , and he was great . After all was said and done it was over an hour before we got our food. I'm a fan of chilies , and I can't give a terrible review to a company that had one person that didn't give a damn about his customers . I hope they have resolved the problem and let the person go. Customer service is definitely not his strong point . Everybody has a bad day , but this guy took the cake . I will go again I'm sure , if he's gone . If not , I'll stay gone . To those of you that saved our dinner out , and apologized for your co worker .... Thank you!
Honestly the value of chilis is great. I actually keep coming back for the 5 star service and the BOGO beers. Y’all are super friendly to my little boy and that just means everything. Really great work my family and I will be back for all the great service. Thank you for being good people ☺️???
