Well. Not sure what was worse the staff arguing with each other while trying to take our order for 10 minutes, the microwave week old tasting chicken tacos, the gnats flying around the table or the burnt tortilla chips. We have been here more than once since it opened. Every time the food quality gets worse. Had better tacos from Taco Bell for $1 vs $20 here. Only thing decent here is the beer. Don’t waste your money.

What a cool spot! It's 1/2 a taco spot 1/2 bar... we'll decorated, awesome craft beers. The food was amazing too! Enjoy!

Dirty and horrible service. Collected money for part of my order to just forget about it. Didn't issue refund or even say sorry. Never again !

We had the carnitas quesadilla and it was very good. The portion was plentiful (I took half home for another meal). You choose additional toppings, which was great. The employees were friendly, although perhaps a little on the slow side. That is not always a bad thing. We will return.

the fact that your hours of operation say open until 10pm. we arrived at 8:15pm. we were told that both chronic tacos and brew house the kitchens were closed. would be nice to know this before coming as we love chronic tacos and marlins brewhouse.

I had high hopes for this place but unfortunately it was so bad. We ordered ahead online and got there at the pickup time and they didn't even know they had an order so we had to wait for them to begin making it. This was almost 40 minutes after we ordered. Everything was thrown together, meat in everything was way overdone, nachos were a soggy mess, even the churros had zero anything on them and were way over fried. Needless to say we literally threw most of it in the garbage and got other food elsewhere. This place is just terrible...

I love how you can customize the tacos here and it’s adjacent to a neat little bar with TVs and sometimes live music. So whether you want takeout or to sit for a spell, their tacos and burritos will serve you well. Had a few issues with orders at times and wait times during off-peak so taking off a star for that.

One star is generous for this place. Placed and online order only to find out an hour later when I come to get it that they don’t have chicken and order isn’t made. Food isn’t even good to make up for it. Better off at Taco Bell.
Food was decent, like a Qdoba in the midwest. 4 starProblem was that the young lady handling cash with a pink head bandanna, handled money then food without washing hands or putting on gloves. The other server, had gloves on when serving and changed gloves when she left the front area which was proper.About the time we were leaving, the girl with the bandanna finally put on gloves however not once did we see her wash her hands.........ewwwwww0 starAvg to a 2 star

The service was good as well as atmosphere, but the food was flavorless. I was so unsatisfied with my meal and the manager refused to take it off. I had a taco and burrito and they both tasted like water.

When we got there we were meeting a group of about eight in total so we decided to sit in the bar area with a couple of tables pushed together. We were greeted by one of the bar tenders who was very friendly and helpful. We all ordered from the taco part of the restaurant and were greatly disappointed. The food was watered down and flavorless. I got the vegetarian burrito and my aunt ordered the same and they forgot guac on both of our burritos. I ordered rice and beans and the beans tasted like water and the rice was old and stale. My mom was so disgusted by the food they brought out for her, she ordered pork tacos, that she didn't even go past the first bite. When we told our server about the food he went and told a manager who didn't even come out to talk to us and did not take any food off of the bill. This is unacceptable for a manager to not come out and talk to patrons about having a bad experience. How do they expect to have a successful business if they don't want to alleviate bad experiences? We will not be going back. Also the bathroom was filthy and had no toilet paper of paper towels when I went to use it.

Well, after my first time eating at Chronic Tacos, I have been dying to get back to Chronic for another meal. And I have been raving about how amazing the food is to my husband and family. Today my husband was going to be out that way (we live all the way in Cape Coral), and he offered to stop and pick up dinner.

Avoid this place if you are looking for good food and service. The tacos tasted ok however they don't drain the meat or condiments and you can no longer eat it as a taco. It becomes a mess. The sauces aren't good and they can't remember you asked for a beer. Stupid setup
