This Cracker Barrel is a total gem! The staff there? Absolute stars! They're always super friendly and helpful, even when I (oops) walked in just three minutes before closing. They didn't miss a beat, treating us like we were the first customers of the day. Food is always great too! Highly recommend this location.
-Great food, ample portions, priced right and excellent service. Atmosphere was a little noisy but guess it is a good sign as it was very busy.

Bad service got sat 20 minutes later had to find help. Others came after got orders in got food before we did. Than food came room temperature and wifes pancakes had some green plastic stuff in them not the best.

My husband and I have never had a questionable meal at Cracker Barrell until this visit. The green beans were unchewable and the fried apples were hard. Obviously weren't cooked long enough. However, the lemon pepper trout was fabulous as always. Our waitress had her hands full so we decided not to complain.

This was my worst ever experience at this restaurant. It took a while for me to be served and it took even longer for me to get my food. When I did get my grandma's platter it had some extremely small pancakes that weren't hot but lukewarm which meant my plate was sitting for a while. The server gave me the excuse that something was wrong with the batter and didn't attempt to fix some regular sized pancakes. The small pancakes are pictured. The server didn't refill my drink or even ask if I wanted another hot chocolate. A server who wasn't my server refilled my water and apologized for the lackluster service the 5 star server was giving me. I showed the manager my mini sized pancakes and she replaced them. Whatever was wrong with the batter she fixed. I won't return to this site anytime soon.
