Food was good as usual. But we had to be refunded for our sides which they had run out of and it was closing time. There should be a way to communicate upfront that food isn’t available when an order for delivery is placed.

Just awful.. greasy. I ordered the ribs and shrimp. For $20.00 prior to Door dash fees etc, I got 5 pieces of greasy, barely any meat ribs, and shrimp that didn't even resemble shrimp. Do not waste your time with this place. I threw away my meal and made a grilled cheese with Kraft American cheese.

The ribs were good, but that Mac and Cheese was definitely NOT. It was too much garlic and butter, we thought we was eating garlic crabs, and the cob was not good neither. But the toast and ribs was on point. Oh and the banana pudding was
Like everyone else in comments waited an 1 hr for our food just so it can taste like old grease. Nothing we ordered tasted good had no flavor at all! Save your time save your money this place ain’t what is used to be. You want good food go to Southern Charm Bistro where the food is on time! Treat you like family and they NEVER miss! Ever! Foods always on point!
I was unsure what to order as it was my first time. The cashier Roxanne suggested the brisket sandwich with fries. And boy was she right. Impressive to say the least. I watched her make my crispy wings and fries. Delicious. As I left with my order, she told me to have a blessed day and that she would see me next time. She was right again. I will be returning very soon. Overall great experience. In and out in a reasonable time.

The food is always excellent. I love the food, but the service was atrocious the most disrespectful people in the world. They are the reason I choose not to eat there anymore he needs to realize they are hurting business.

Save your time and money. At the time you wait your better off cooking a meal baby at home. 3 hours for two combos. Look at the reviews we’re not the only ones. Unfortunately the food would be good if you got it in a timely manner but for 3 hours ?!? Yeah kiss where the sun don’t shine. Customer service needs brushed up on. How do you serve 8-10 people who ordered, paid, and got food within an hour of 3 we waited? Hate to say it but all regulars that showed up and juiced up convo with the staff seemed to be treated 10737939929XXXX better and greater. My husband and I only didn’t cause a scene because they don’t seem to fond of returning money and I don’t want my food played with. None the less; save your money and time. To the owner; seriously consider the reviews left as it would increase the revenue and experience of your customers. Won’t go far in this manner.
