Excellent food and service!

Instead of our appetizer, the main course was served. The appetizers arrived late, and only a portion of the ordered selection was served. The coconut shrimp were dark and only four small pieces were served. Then, the main course was served. The stone crabs were sensational, but the steak was served cold, and the side dishes were unfortunately disappointing

Consistently excellent food, drinks and service! This is an easy spot to dock on the water, and the open air dining lends itself to a great lunch. Oysters, tuna, yellowtail tacos- all excellent choices. I also appreciate their many options for sides- the broccoli is delicious. And finally, the carrot cake is divine!

The fish wasn’t seasoned properly. The fish tasted very bland & was unpleasant to eat. I won’t go back or recommend any deep lagoon restaurants or their partner companies like pinchers because their food isn’t seasoned properly causing unpleasant dining experience.Parking: Becomes packed & parking can be difficult. They have valet to assist with parking if needed

I ate here for dinner and ordered the clam appetizer and king crab legs. The clams were great but the crab was spoiled- it had an overwhelming bleach taste and smell. Instantly started to get sick. Being 30 weeks pregnant this is completely unacceptable! Told the server he took it off the check never an I’m sorry no manager came nothing. Not happy at all.

Horrible experience with the “so cold chef”. I requested to switch the sides due to an allergy and the chef refused.

We asked our server about happy hour at 6:25 and by the time the order was placed it was 6:31. The happy hour drinks were not granted to us. The server said the hog fish was better than grouper so I ordered it. It was very thin and not that tasty. I was up charged to the.8 ounce fish without being asked. When I pointed this out he said he would change the bill. He then came to our table and asked me if I would like to order a free dessert. I thought this was weird but said yes only to find out the bill had not been reduced. I would have appreciated everything to be explained a little better and not had to felt like We were being taken advantage of.

4.4 stars???? I don’t know what any of these people on here are smoking. First of all, I ordered two lobster tails, and it was by far the worst I have ever had in my entire life - way overcooked lobsters were curled up like fetuses, hard as a hockey puck. We had to ask about our chicken Alfredo three times because they kept forgetting it so we just cancelled it in the end. We ordered a medium steak and got damn near a cow mooing on the plate. Worst drinks - I don’t think any of them know how to make a simple martini. If you wanna honest review, don’t read the trash reviews before mine. This place was absolute trash.Service - sweet as pie, can’t blame her she’s not the cook.Atmosphere - inside. Whatever. Outside lovely.Overall - garbage. Never coming back.

We had a very nice Easter lunch. Everything was wonderful. Our server Cristal H. was spot on. She did a marvelous job. Makes for a great dinning experience. We will definitely be back.

03/31/24 - My family and I just had an incredible Easter Sunday meal at Deep Lagoon. The food was phenomenal, with widely varying unique flavors. Our table ordered hogfish lagoon style, grouper Rockefeller, swordfish Neapolitan, and a chef’s special of crab-stuffed salmon. All dishes were incredible and after each of us tried each other’s main, we had trouble deciding which we liked best! Our server Thomas was helpful, genuine, cheerful, and his joyful demeanor transformed our already excellent meal into an exciting experience. His recommendations were spot-on and he remembered to check that every detail of our meal came out correctly. We felt genuinely taken care of and WILL BE returning repeatedly.
