Food was really good but service was AWFUL. I asked for a horchata and was ok but had to much powder (if that’s what you’d call it) and when i asked for something different they told me “no because it’s already been served.) they told me to stir it but that made worse. Eventually they gave me mother coke. And when my sister asked to take a picture for our family they ignored her completely. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DINNING IN

Authentic Guatemalan cuisine with some Americanized dishes. Very flavorful potato/sweet potato salad & fajitas mixto (chicken, beef, shrimp). Wait staff was very friendly & attentive.Parking: Many spaces available in the strip mall parking lot

Excellent food.!?We ordered a grilled chicken with plantains, beans, and rice. The flavor is very Latin, good presentation. The waiter was very friendly, the natural drinks are delicious. I recommend this place, I am from Honduras and I fell in love with its culture. The freshly made tortillas everything was wonderful 100%

The food is good. It's just that it's very expensive. When you order chicken broth, they only serve you water and a single piece of chicken and they charge you almost for the whole chicken. Hehe, but the food is good. What I don't think is that they charge you the tip when they charge you for the menu, that I didn't like because I like to leave the tip on the table. knowing how fair it should be left, I don't trust them to charge me there because maybe they won't give it to the waiters?

Doña Juana Restaurant in Fort Myers is a true gem that deserves a heartfelt 5-star review! My family and I had an absolutely delightful time here, and I can't wait to share our experience. From the moment we stepped in, we were warmly welcomed by the staff who treated us like family. The cozy ambiance and charming decor created a homely atmosphere that made us feel right at ease. It was like stepping into a little piece of Guatemala right in the heart of Fort Myers. Now, let's talk about the food! Oh boy, it was simply mouthwatering. Every dish we tried was bursting with authentic flavors that took us on a culinary journey through Guatemala. Each bite was a delightful revelation. The ingredients were fresh, and the chefs' expertise was evident in every dish. But what truly made our experience special was the personal touch. The attentive and friendly staff made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. It felt like we were dining with a loving and caring extended family. In conclusion, Doña Juana Restaurant is a cozy haven that serves up delicious Guatemalan cuisine with a side of warmth and hospitality. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic and heartwarming dining experience in Fort Myers.
