I used the ordering kiosk because I was uncertain about what to order and I didn't want to hold up the line. The restaurant was very clean and very organized. Every employee that I came in contact with was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu items. The bacon egg sandwich item and it was hot delicious and fresh.

they were out of croissants and when I got to the pickup window the big black guy throws the window open just to stare at me and say "what's wrong" before then deciding to give me my order. I say I'm waiting for my food and he just says "I asked what's wrong". so weird lol just give me my damn order ?

Drive thru is priority. Stood in line five minutes before I and three others told we in pick-up line. Girl took order at register for 4 donuts. Processed three other orders. Told me to stand in line. Waited another 8 minutes, three others processed out of order. Demanded money back. Took 2 more minutes to get dollars back. Be for warned, horrible service!

Going through the drive through at the location after 5 pm id an absolute night mare, the heavier set afircan american male will for no reason be sure to make it wait an extra 10 minute in drive through because he absolulty hates when people come that late in the evening. He barely speaks at window, wont even say hello at order menu and even speaks with an attitude, at first i though it was a coinicidence but going here in the morning before work and trying to grab a quick coffee after work will be two completly different experiences. He does not even want to pass you your food beacuse he doesnt like reaching out window. This guy is a definate nacrcisst who are angry at any one venturing this location after 5pm.

I was surprised at how clean the dining room was. The employee who served us at the counter was very helpful and pleasant.
Frequent visits here! Always a nice stop for the morning Joe. I might recommend their double shot of espresso- which is always strong. For the most part, wait times aren't too bad. I've had a few hold ups. However, I think it was some of the former employees they had working there.One observation, which as a customer I'd prefer not to see it... they have their drive thru screen visible to anyone in the store, which apparently tracks times, goals, and the number of customers amongst many different locations. Every time I order and watch this screen, I start getting the feeling that I'm just another number to them. The faster they get me in and out, the faster they make money. Unfortunately, it's the truth. Mine as well "Lower your Expectations!"

Had a great experience inside! We typically drink our coffee at home, but got some coupons and figured we’d go get a coffee and a donut.The staff was ON IT!Rob, was observing and cleaning the dining area and changing trash bags, working quickly and efficiently. He was also very friendly.The woman at the counter with the red hair was friendly and sociable and took our order and made nice conversation. We will certainly be returning.

I ordered a Matcha and finished it in 5 minutes because of the absurd amount of ice.I ordered snackin bacon and got the regular bacon with no flavorThe drive thru also took forever to get anyone on the speaker and took a long time to make my drink and bacon. It was only me and another car in the line. It was 2pm in the afternoon. Very slow time.
