Worst coffee in any Dunkin I been in and by 11 am the coffee is even worst lol It’s been like this for years

Ordered 2 drinks an took them 45 min to make one she then tells me the other one is coming up . I wait 20 more minutes just to be told they never got it . I said umm hello they where ordered at the same time she goes ohh I didn't get the other one . I asked for a refund and the girl gets an attitude with me . This place Is the worst by far an the owner should be fired themselves for allowing this to keep happening.

This place is always busy so make sure you are patient. There is no drive thru but the staff is always friendly, helpful, and hopping to get the orders done. They have a nice place to sit inside (small) and outside (with umbrellas). I will say that I just started using their app and that is definitely the way to go! Order ahead, walk in walk out! Thank you for a great experience!

This is the worst Dunkin that I've ever experienced. I base this on the food (quality and accuracy) and the service (wait times and staff attitudes). The atmosphere is just a lot of people milling around hoping against hope to get their order. There are so many good choices for breakfast/coffee around here, but this just isn't one of them.

Had to ask 4 times for my drink as staff member just not paying attention. Insisted on calling me 'dear'. Did not know the various mixed coffees currently on offer. Very slow.
I DoorDash from here frequently, I have had a couple of great Dasher’s call and ask how they can replace an item that is out of stock.Apparently the coffee I order is always out of stock from a COFFEE place. I wish they would mark it as out of stock so it shows in the app. Today I am disappointed because my Dasher didn’t advise me it was out of stock (again) and I was really looking forward to the coffee pick-me-up this morning. It isn’t the Dasher’s job to let the customer know something is out of stock either. Won’t be ordering from here anymore as this has happened too many times.

This used to be my daily stop being so close to my home. I know have to drive 3.5 miles to another one near 41 due to the unavailability of donuts mediocre service. A lot has changed over the past 4 months.

18 munchkins in the box of a 25 count order. Completely disorganized staff who could care less about your order. Took their sweet time putting together an incomplete order of munchkins and a lukewarm coffee! Really!?!? Sad….
