I keep getting ripped off on my hash brown order in the morning! ? The lady in the back kept screaming at the kind woman at the drive thru window when meanwhile she’s over here putting like 4 little hashbrown pieces in the bag! This has happened multiple times. Girl quit yelling this early in the damn am and give me my hash browns! ?

We have a standing monthly order (7 dozen once a month) at this store. Each time, we request a variety of donuts. February donuts were fabulous, there were lots of heart shaped and pink icing donuts. It was a pleasant surprise when we opened the boxes. The donuts were fresh and made with care, thank you!

A lot of the staff at this location don't seem to be paying much attention to what a customer is saying to them, and that makes going here a bit frustrating.
Drive thru takes a very long time, especially at this location when they are out of glazed donuts and you have to wait in line until you can exit. The last 4-5 times I've tried to purchase donuts, they have been out of glazed donuts and munchkins at various times of the morning and afternoon. I was unaware the donuts are not made on site, according to corporate when I called to complain. However, ordering better might solve this problem. On numerous occasions, I've witnessed food and drinks going back and forth from the drive thru window from cars waiting to pay and get their order. This happened to me on a few occasions as well--incorrect and/or incomplete order given. I'm questioning if this is sanitary issue. When I do go inside, I find the staff doesn't greet you while standing and waiting at the register to order. It's almost as if the customer is bothering them by trying to place an order. When ordering a sweet tea, it feels it takes forever to receive the drink. On a few occasions, I've inquired about the status of my order since customers who ordered after me, as well as other drinks (more complicated to make than pouring sweet tea) were finished before mine. It's not worth the hassle.

i’m pretty disappointed writing this bc i go here every day on my way to work but i just had the worst coffee i’ve ever had in my life from here. it was so bad i’m actually afraid to go back anymore and waste my money. idk what was wrong with it but it tastes and feels like lighter fluid in my body. so so so so soooooo bad, if they’re gonna make coffee this bad they should have a return policy in place lol

I ordered a single sandwich in person and it took 20 minutes tops to give to me. Not to make, but 20 minutes to hand it to me. They made it, put it in the bag and put it on the counter in the kitchen and waited 20 minutes to give it to me.
