Terrible! Pulled up at 6:20. Gave order. Seemed clued out. Took 20 minutes. Had no cream for coffee. Bought a large coffee and a small. Had to throw out. Donuts were stale! Visiting from Canada. Worst experience!

I usually love coming here. The staff is always friendly but lately it’s chaos, my order has been forgotten more times now in the past 2 months than the past year. It’s gotten to the point that I now do walk ins and still have issues with the fact they have only 1 person making the drinks and walk in orders while 4 people at the drive thru just sit there and watch the 1 person on register struggle.So I started to do mobile order walk ins. Tell my why I put my order in 20 minutes before I showed up because I know it’s a Friday and they’re going to be busy. Tell me why I had to remind them 3 times while I’m waiting, that my order hasn’t been worked on. Mind you this is as I see all of the drive thru orders and all the regular walk in get their drinks and donuts before I get a dozen donuts and a coffee. I didn’t get my order until 47 fkn minutes AFTER the order was placed and they still got my drink order wrong.I pointed it out and the lady looked at me and started working on the next order. This place is trash, go to any other dunkin but this one. Until they have 2 people up front, one on register and one helping the register this place isn’t going to get any better.

New person on register had trouble taking my order, took about 3 attempts to get it right. The other employees stayed in the drive through and did not help the brand new employee on front counter with drink orders. Large hot coffee took about 5 minutes

Horrible service.Unfortunately we had a horrible experience at Dunking at Six Mile today.We were attended for such a rude woman. We couldn’t finished our order because she didn’t have patience to wait for us to place our order. Two orders. Looks like she was not understanding us (we’re American by the way). She rung up.I had to ask an other order from windows. Just including one item.She made us to park beside the window. It tooks so long to bring our order. When it came our rash browns was missed.I went there to ask for it. An other woman blamed me for making an other order from windows. What? Looks like she was punishing me for didn’t do all orders before? They were rushing us to make the order and rung up the phone before we finished it!What’s happening here is that: we don’t have respect like consumers. What we need is just a service that makes us satisfied. More training for them should help.Thanks God We have this tool to be heard. Because this is the only thing we can do.If I own this place I would take action on this.

I ordered the sourdough breakfast sandwich. Boy, these establishments love to take your money, and don’t give you the item as described on the website. There is supposed to be 5 half slices of bacon……..I received 2 half slices and some crumbles of bacon.Management, feel free to reach out to me to make this right as I’m going to get on with my day rather than ensure y’all are doing your jobs.

Being from the UK trying to negotiate the volume of drink choices that Dunkin' provide can be a real test. Today we met Rebecca who could not have been more help and she was so courteous. We ended up with the best cold brew we have had whilst being on holiday (vacation), and we've had a Dunkin drink every day for the last 18 days. She is a credit to your company.

This location is top notch. They are not the closest to my house, but worth going out of my way. The customer service is better then any location I've ever been in. And they actually have a donut selection, unlike the locations near me.

Can’t mix a drink, no one wants to drink syrup at the bottom of their cup, how do you not have sprinkles, ever heard of a toaster, that’s where bread goes you should try it, at least yall are nice, but you all collectively share one braincell and job performance sucks, at least its better than Starbucks.
