I live around 30 minutes away from this specific Dunkin and I easily take the drive because the food and drinks are always better. The people are SO kind. It literally makes my heart feel happier when I go to this Dunkin.

Another man took my food, and in about 5 minutes later he came back and apologized that he took it. We asked if they could remake it, but they never did. We gave them another 5 minutes to see if they would, but they were too busy gossiping about how that it was funny. As we left they said have a great day, as I threw away the food that the man brought back. It’s not okay to have a complete stranger take your food, and expect the other person to just accept what just happened. We should have had that order remade.

If I could give less than one star I would have.This was a disaster. On our way to Maimi we stopped here for coffee and breakfast. We pulled into the drive through was was told by LaLa to “give her a sec” so we waited. And waited and waited. After about 10 mins I told my wife to back the truck up and pull up again to remind her we were still there. We were told again “give me a sec.”5 more mins past and we decided we were just going to go inside as we were on a time limit and needed to get back on the road.We walked inside and walked to the counter. Where we stood for another couple mins while the cashier waited for “LaLa”(as shown on her name tag) to get him a drawer as he had just gotten there. After we told him what we wanted to drink and eat “LaLa” decided to rudely yell across the restaurant “as soon as this lobby clear out I’m lockin them doors. I ain’t finna be running around like this”.Mind you that we were the only ones ordering and another person was sitting at a table drinking their coffee.We paid and waited. And waited. And waited. And waited. Another 15 mins for our food and coffee. The food was good. But of course because it is pre packaged. But the coffee was the worst I’ve ever had from Dunkin. I go to Dunkin every morning and I have never experienced this before.It was not a welcoming feeling. I felt as though we were an inconvenience to “LaLa”.As a fort myers local and resident I will never return here. No matter how bad I want coffee.

I use to regular this location. Prior to the hurricane my office was down the road. The drive thru was always backed up, this is a historic problem with this location.Today, because I was on my way to our new office I decided to stop and get coffee and breakfast. Drive thru wasn't backed up, but the girl taking the orders didn't listen, kept asking me to repeat what I asked for missed parts, and kept saying anything else. She sounded bored and as if taking orders was an inconvenience. After repeating my order 6 times I said never mind, I'd go elsewhere. I pulled up to the window and asked to speak with the manager, he was rude and defensive. I told him he needed someone else taking orders, his excuse was it's hard to hear because of the road and she's learning. He cockily told me thanks for my input.I used to be a manager at McDonalds and Checkers while in college before I entered in my career field- it's the tone of your voice, the words you say. If this girl was learning she should of had a trainer listening and jump in after the third time of her missing the order. A good manager would have jumped on and apologized for the inconvenience. I rarely complain at restaurants or drive thrus, I know their struggle, but I swear, this location needs someone to fix this place.I ended up going to Starbucks. Paid more but better service. Only said my order once and the guy didn't sound like I ruined his day.

I just left the Dunkin about 10 minutes ago after sitting in the drive-through for 15 minutes. I received my food cold and I got the wrong food. There was only two people working and the drive-through moved so slowly we were at a dead stop there weren’t that many peoplein the drive-through in the first place. Worst experience I’ve ever had when I finally got to the window the person working the drive-through took their time and didn’t even look at the food they gave me.

One of my favorite items to order from DD are the hash brown. They were out of them...really? Then when I asked for a bottle water they were of if that too. As I was waiting for my food, I opened up the reviews to see if this was a one off. But sure enough there are many complaints on here about them being out of items. Seems they need a better manager as it seems to be common.

Drive-thru service has been consistently deteriorating month after month. Very high turnover most likely due to pay (you pay for what you get). Anyway, during a recent visit, I placed a food and beverage order. The food order was entirely different from what I originally ordered, but this wasn't the worst part of the experience. READ ON....the person who took my order in the drive-thru line was also the same person who processed my payment. I noticed the person was wearing food prep gloves when he took my card for payment. After payment was processed, he walked around to the food prep area to make the food and I'm positive he didn't change gloves. This was my last and final visit to this location.

This is the worst Dunkin location around here. Where am I go they are out of the first thing I try to order and have to change what I want. They were out of two of the things I tried to order cinnamon raisin bagel and one of their wraps. The lady at the speaker at the drive-thru is very short and kept interrupting me when I tried to order. If it wasn't on my work route I would never stop at this dunkin
