The gentleman working up front (curly hair, tattoos, tall) was extremely patient and kind to me throughout my ordering process. I’ve never ordered inside of a dunkin and didn’t realize I had so many options and he gave me great recommendations and was very kind.

After a twenty minute wait, I never received neither my sandwich nor a refund. Had I not been charged for that one breakfast sandwich, this review would never have occurred. I initially asked for a fried chicken breakfast sandwich, but after being told that they were unavailable, opted for the sausage egg and cheese bagel, which is a great sandwich elsewhere within a few minutes. Being the only customer there, after ten minutes I asked for the status of my sandwich. The man at the counter laughed and told me that the smoke was a result of the bacon being burned. Sausage was the order, not bacon. I've done my share of partying and know when there should be some Phish or 311 playing, all good. Another ten minutes later, I told the man at the counter to cancel my order and refund it. He offered to cook it right then, but I told him that I had places to be, which was factually correct. As I walked out, he said "I don't care." We know, man. We know you don't care.

I asked for Swiss cheese ( which they do have because I heard someone else order it on their sandwich ) so I asked for it and the cashier said that was fine then 5 minutes later this guy ( heavier set ) says with an attitude “ we don’t have any Swiss cheese for you it’s only for the Swiss and ham sandwiches…. 1st of all I don’t appreciate the attitude and secondly you have Swiss you’re just trying to be difficult. It’s not hard to use another cheese. For the price of the food and can’t even pick out what cheese you want on your sandwich is crazy.

What a rude personnel- didn’t want to serve saying that the store is closed and told us to go to drive thru even though I told him we walked here and since we’re in the store and door was open how about we order here and he will just charge us at the drive thru register, he refused and when we walked to drive thru he was hiding and didn’t want to serve us, then we went to get a car and came again and still wasn’t available to serve so after couple minutes of waiting we drove away and the car that was after us was served as we were driving away!!!! What the heck?!?!? This guy was working on December 2nd at 5-6pm. If you can’t do work, you shouldn’t be working there

After a great deal of chaos and time wasted in the kitchen I watched the gal dump out what was my coffee I suspect and then asked us to drive ahead to wait. We were not able to continue to wait had to get to work so my day started out without coffee.

This is not the way to get my day started. Left the drive through at 8 40 and thr lady at the window was so rude. Zero customer service skills and my coffee order was wrong. Will never return to this Dunkin. At least Starbucks employees are happy everytime due to company policy. I'd highly suggest getting a new girl at the drive through.

Food was okay, customer service is garbage. They don’t know how to smile, same girl all the time. I also didn’t know dunkin was the next hooters…didn’t know the girls wore crop tops as their work clothes.

I drive 5 miles out of my way to this location because the reviews gave it a slightly better review. Dunkin service still sucks and this location is no better. To wait 15 minutes for a coffee and a bagel and it's not busy is ridiculous! Won't be back to this location.
