If I could give a negative rating, I would. I am a physician and went inside to get donuts for staff- The staff was not only NOT helpful, but refused to serve me telling me to "use the kiosk." I was visibly annoyed as I needed a couple dozen donuts and had questions. After 5 minutes of listening to them talk among themselves someone finally came over- When I told her I would rather order through her and waited 5 minutes, no one else was in the store- she said "you could have called us over." nice customer service.They refused to help me insisting I use the kiosk after I told them I would leave a bad review- The office is right near this location and we will never be back. Reading the other reviews, I see I am not alone in my experience. You need to fire everyone in that store and start over. I went to 7/11 and got my donuts and excellent customer service by the young man behind the counter.Your employees are the face and lifeline of your business and if they can't be professional, congenial, and do their job, you may as well not be in business. I know it's difficult to find workers but you're paying them to run customers off and do absolutely nothing except talk about how tired and hungover they are. Vile and inexcusable. Mind you, I was the only one in the store and there was ONE car in the drive thru. Four "employees" were on duty.

I would give zero stars if I could. The person taking the order was very rude and unhelpful. They didn’t have any medium cups so therefore would not sell me a medium coffee in a large cup. Unwilling to accommodate customers. The food was horrible as well. Will not go back again

Muffins were so stale, they didn't believe me, and cracked one half and threw them all away. Clearly, they do not follow freshness protocols here. Ordered a hot chocolate but it was just a cup of hot water. I'd go back and ask for my money, but decided I just don't want to step another foot in this store. First time at this location today, I went through drive thru this morning to get donuts & coffee for me and my coworkers. The girl who took my order had an attitude, bad tone and seemed irritated although nothing had happened. She couldn’t get my order right at the speaker, and when I pulled up an older lady helped correct it at the window while the first girl stood behind her and was obviously annoyed, even with no reason to be. The older lady was very nice and ended up finishing my order, cashing me out, made me my order and handed it to me all while the two or three other employees standing there just ran their mouths. One star partly because you can’t give zero stars, and partly because the older woman who helped me deserves at least one.

Very rude girl working the window this morning. I got to the window she didn't say a word just grabbed my card then preceded to give me the drinks one was wrong so I told her what it was suppose to be & she just cut me off by closing the window & my drink still came out wrong. Too early for all that attitude..not happy.
As always food was great, but the line for the drive thru was insane. Fast to park and go in.

Food as always a treat!The big problem is the business is understaffed! One man on one register, he can only go as fast as the food is made. Obviously the "back" crew was understaffed, and because they were going in circles. I truly hope your store improves on care for their employees!!?

Rarely do I get coffee unless I’m dead tired and today was one of those days I came in and Joseph was the employee who didn’t really help out much, very un enthusiastic and I wanted a different drink because the one I ordered I didn’t like and he just wasn’t very enjoyable to talk to nor did he have any customer service skills……

This dunkin is downright horrible. Staff is rude across the board, lobby constantly locked because some staff member has their kids running around the lobby, kitchen, drive thru etc. super sanitary… frozen machine is always “broken” aka the incompetent staff never cleaned it. They never have what you order and when they do the staff doesn’t make it correctly. This whole Dunkin should be shut down
