I'm just tired of constantly going here just because of the convenience man. I like the morning crew better than afternoon/evening I know that for sure but a lot of the times my order somehow gets messed up. I tried through drive thru and mobile order, usually they get it right all the time through mobile order so that's recommended, but nowadays it just doesn't matter because something will be missing or messed up. You have to make sure you have everything before you drive off because they don't make sure you have everything, and if you notice something is missing they almost always have an attitude about it. I called in to let them know I was missing something and asked if I could pick it up another day and the manager let me which was nice but it shouldn't have to be a constant thing. The things I'm missing in my drinks are extras I pay for which led me to writing this because it's ridiculous how I repeat 5x in drive thru what my drink order is just for them to mess it up even with mobile order when it's written in their face what it is. There's just no excuse for that.

The person who was working, who call himself manager the morning of 2-16-23, instead of telling costumers they can’t add extra items at the window in a rude way because you have line in the drivethru, maybe use a different approach, maybe ask costumers to go inside and pay inside, treat your customers with respect. Is to early to have such bad attitude.

Went through drive through this morning at 6:30 and donuts were hard and stale and you could tell they were not made today.

Skipped the drive thru and went inside, mistake. Needed restroom(clean)Staff was busy with drive thru and each other, they got my coffee amd forgot all about my bagel amd donuts even though I’m the only one in the line inside. Disappointing. Manager needs to look into that one-staff is very slow and forgetful to respond to walk-ins. Go to the drive thru for faster service.Parking: No problem.

Terrible, I asked for a cold coffee with cream and sugar and they gave me a coffee without a drop of sugar but the worst thing is that they gave me a coffee from another order that was disgusting and on the label outside it said 4 sugar and 4 cream

The drive thru employees have been pleasant each time I’ve come. They do a great job of making the grilled cheese and it’s big. The coffee is always good hot or cold.

The food and bakery products here are generally good and my order is usually accurate. However, today, the coffee I ordered had what smelled like spoiled milk, and it did not seem safe for consumption.In addition, I had used the mobile app to order it, and I had to open a whole case through their online system just to get a 5 dollar refund for a coffee. It shouldn't be this complicated to get a refund or replacement for a beverage.
I ordered two breakfast sandwiches, repeated it twice and they still got my order WRONG! The worst part about it, is they don't show what you order on the screen or repeat the order back to you for corrections to be made.

Have gone here several times.Depending on time, the wait can be severe. This location seems typically understaffed for the early morning rush hours.I've never had an issue with my order, but it's usually very basic drink + maybe a donut. This location actually makes latte's better than others, imo.Attitude of employee's can be hit or miss. Some will remind you that there's people out there living extremely miserable existences.On the other hand, other times the service/attitude is beyond over the top great!

This Dunkin is located on the westbound side of Daniels Parkway, a very busy roadway and there was certainly plenty of traffic today. It's set back off the service road and that makes it slightly more challenging to access. They do have a drive through.My coffee was very good and I couldn't tell you if I did or did not also have a donut with it. Tables were clean and they do have a public restroom here.On a Sunday morning at 7am, it was not at all busy and yet one person came in with a problem with their drive through order. So be sure to check your stuff before you leave.Vegetarian options: There are meatless options though you'll need to check the ingredients on the donuts thoroughly.Dietary restrictions: There are tree nuts here and I can't see how they can separate them sufficiently if you're allergic to nuts.Parking: This is a large parking lot and I had no trouble getting the Sprinter van into a space.Kid-friendliness: They have Munchkins.Wheelchair accessibility: Step free access.

Very disappointed in my order I ordered snack and bacon and it just tasted like uncooked regular bacon to uncooked and then I got an order of everything mini bagels and they were cold inside and out I couldn’t eat any of this a waste of my money normally it’s not like this maybe it’s because I ordered in the afternoon I’m not
