Ordered online but subs weren't made til we walked in, tomatoes were gross, the drink selection. Was non existent and we got ice tea which is horrible. I won't be back to this location. I've been to other firehouse subs and never had a bad experience. Really unhappy.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE IN ALL WAYS POSSIBLE, and so when we were peacefully eating the manager decided to be so blatantly rude and I will quote word for word what she said “Hey, I hope y'all know we’re closed, but no rush” said in a unfriendly tone as she glared at us and decided to walk away seeming to be upset, we then were indirectly being implied to rush and finish our dinner, and my father decided to get up and talk to one of the employees behind the counter and when we asked for the manager, it turned out to be the very individual who decided to rush us, the employee then apologized to my father and walked off not mentioning it to the manager. An overall absolutely horrible experience would never visit ever again in any lifetime.

Wish i could just get my 48 bucks back. 23 mins to make 4 subs. This is the only firehouse I have to wait 20 plus mins for my subs everytime. 4 people behind the counter and it still took that long. Update 48 bucks later the subs are not very good, poorly made and with 23 mins you'd expect better service and better sandwiches. Subway is half the price and I get better service. Save your time and money and go to the college location for your firehouse subs. Your food will be ready before you pay

2nd visit to this location. Takes them over 20 mins to make 4 subs with 4 employees working behind the counter. This is the slowest and sloppiness location in Fort myers. Subs are always a mess....hardly worth $48...

As I walked in the eyes were burning due to I believe they’re onions or smoked. We were having lunch in the restaurant I asked a manager was there anything he can do about it and open the door prop it open he said he couldn’t let the door not stay open he didn’t even try. We couldn’t sit outside tables were taken. It was very uncomfortable to be able to enjoy our food with our eyes burning other customers were literally tearing up.
Hands down, the best sub sandwich that I've ever had in my life. The employees are great, and that's what makes this place a 5-Star establishment.

Ok food, they don’t recognize active military or veterans for their “ first responder” discount which is quite interesting. Totally ridiculous. Woman at front desk said last time i checked, military aren’t first responders.

All the firehouse sub restaurants are clean, efficient, great staff and the food is fresh, delicious and comes in large portions. The price may be higher but for the quality,and quantity it is well worth it no matter which of their establishments you go to. Extremely satisfied every time I go. Be ready for a treat!!
