It's a large area for all these wobbly tables. Uncomfortable. The soda machine needs maintenance. We waited quite a while for our Sunday noon meal. Standard quality food as expected from this chain. They did greet everyone who entered. That's about it.

Firehouse Subs does this super cool thing for the holidays where each day they have a letter and whoever name begins with that letter has a buy one get one offer. EXCEPT in Naples, where I was told, "we aren't doing that." I showed him the Facebook page and asked if that was the correct site. He told me, "we have a new manager and she said to tell people we're not doing it." Umm...cool, new manager, horrible first impression. 0/10. Would NOT recommend.

Food was wrong, bread soggy couldn't eat it. Cashier was rude with no manners at all and kept looking at me while I waited for my sandwich. Keep in mind while you pay they ask for a tip so if you don't give one who knows, Will never go there again! I've been on the food industry more then thirty five yrs. Only saving grace was the girl making the sandwich she was polite and said have a good night.

Out of all the Firehouse sub locations I’ve been, my favorite is definitely this one because of my favorite employee Maria! She is so amazing, and so caring, she has this place on the back of her shoulders with her amazing, caring and professional manner.

Not the best location. I ordered a veggie sub and they forgot the cheese and they said they would remake it then they forgot the mustard, cucumbers and jalapeños!
Ordered meatball subs with whole wheat sub buns excellent. Asked to add extra marinara sauce and the did abundantly! They were excellent! Ordered 5 meatball and one smoked Turkey!

Great little sub place we decided to visit while on vacation, they was good to my son and gave him a free treat (rice crispy treat) with his kids meal. The subs was delicious and the service was great.
