We visited First Watch for breakfast on a busy Saturday morning, but the busser flipped our table fast and we were able to be seated right away! I had the toffee coffee and it was really tasty, not as sweet as I would have expected. It was just right. We ordered the "million dollar bacon" and it definitely was million dollar bacon! The strips were long but they weren't super crispy, but that's ok! I had the French toast and my boyfriend had the eggs Benedict. Both were outstanding. My pieces of French toast were very large. I could only eat one piece. Our waitress was SO friendly! I wish I would've gotten her name for a shoutout. She was great from the moment we sat down. First Watch gets very busy for breakfast so get there early or be prepared to wait a little bit. I enjoyed the decor, it was modern and well lit. It wasn't too bright. Overall I really liked First Watch and would go back. It is chain and located all throughout Florida!
On July 5, 2023, I visited this restaurant with my entire family at 10 am, the restaurant cashier charged us the bill with an error on her part, when leaving the restaurant the waitress chased us like criminals, we turned back and they forced us to pay another bill with a larger amount saying that they had returned the money, I had to pay twice and they never returned the money, the attitude of the cashier and the waitresses was terrible and in bad taste. No one has ever contacted us to apologize.

Found a hair strand in my double order of Pancakes and brought to the servers attention and she does a price adjust for one pancake off only.I calmly said um you forgot to delete the other pancake, says she will get the managers attention on this.She comes back and Viola the whole two pancake price of 9.99 was deleted and I only had to pay for my coffee and English muffin.Proper etiquette would have been the coffee as a courtesy for their default on top of my hairy experience which should have been an automatic item deleted.This is how you keep customers coming back after a bad experience.
