Kind of a different style of hotdog, it is split lengthwise and grilled on both sides. I kind of like the fact that it's charred a little bit gives it a better taste. The hotdog itself is a good variety of kosher hotdog and if you get it with grilled onions, mustard and ketchup it's unbelievably tasty.

No ala carte, the burgers were so over cooked and dry it was like eating a tree branch and shortly after eating the burgers my stomach felt the effects it was just undigestable. I noticed the place was nearly empty and that should have been my sign to leave. Apparently other customers have realized it's not a customer based establishment even though we pay their bills.

Lunch Quick friendly service . Hot fresh food. I had a burger bowl, with an extra patty and all the fixings. It was incredible. I really enjoyed my meal, very filling and I stayed on my keto diet.

Hey Ya'll...this is one if the newer 5 guys in Ft. myers. The location is great ☆(Forum Shoppes) -off Colonial ( co rd 884) near I-75. The Fries were excellent, fresh Peanuts, and the indoor/outdoor seating is also excellent. The Little Hamburger was average today. The Crew was friendly and attentive. I'd recommend them.

This is a complaint thanks to the manager who goes by the name Sam. I called ahead and placed an order for pickup. It said the order will be ready at 9:12 and it wasn't ready until 9: 30. Drove 15 minutes home just to find out they made one of the sandwiches wrong. Drove 15 minutes back to get a refund because at that point it was a waste of my time and my family ate without me. When I went back to get my money back because I paid in cash the manager said I couldn't get my money back because I didn't have a receipt even though I just ordered not even an hour ago. Not very customer service friendly or any customer service at all. Thank you Sam for helping 5guys losing a valuable customer
If you drive for Uber Eats then do not accept orders from this location. Every time it's a 10 -15 minute wait on the food. You could be taking deliveries for other more reliable businesses

I think that for games or conversations there is exit or entry time. 2,3,4 customers wanting to ask something and everyone talking ignoring customers for about 10 minutes. I went out and left my order.I'm not coming back. Thank you.
