I have tried to go two different times in a week at different times and different days and they have not been open. I knew their jerky is good, I've had it before but not being able to visit twice in a row is ridiculous. They should update the hours of operation as to not have people waste their time driving there to find it closed. I hate to say it but I will not be trying again.

The employee was wonderful. We had a nice conversation while I was choosing the kind of jerky I wanted. They were out of a few kinds I wanted but that wasn’t the fault of the store and I will go back, maybe they’ll have more in stock next time .It wasn’t long after the holidays so I wasn’t upset about the low inventory. I did buy kangaroo jerky. It’s worth going in the place and checking it out.
Very friendly and helpful with the selections and offers to try many of the samples. Very high quality jerky. The only downside was prices were a bit higher but after eating the stuff we purchased, we did notice the higher quality than mainstream jerky.

Cannot purchase old fashion regular jerky by the pound. Crazy expensive at over $60/lb. You can get much better on line a$30-38/lb of better quality jerky like Wild Bill's. The woman working there is fairly helpful.9/24 Spent 2 days eating this jerky and my overall opinion is worse. The flavor is almost nonexistent, and there is an off quality about it where the flavor is very mildly spoiled, too low in sodium, and when you eat it you get a mouth feel that is like the surface of your whole mouth takes an acerbic/astringent feel. Like normally your tongue slides and glides over your teeth and gums. In addition imagine washing your hands 2-3 times and when you try to snap your fingers it is so much easier because the natural dryness and oils are washed away leaving your fingers with a very high tackiness. This is what occurs while eating this jerky your tongue, gums, and teeth gets this very tacky condition and is uncomfortable when you brush them against each other under normal motions of eating it starts to hurt after awhile. Jerky should have a little fat content to prevent this.
