Came and visited with the family! Was very pleasantly surprised. Wait staff was very attentive and communicative.We were also offered a sampler platter on the house which frankly is not something that is done anymore, at all.Definitely coming back!
EDIT- very impressed with the GM whom I spoke with when I called back. I felt I was heard and respected and he let me know that I matter. I'm not happy with the situation that occured but understand every one is human and we all have bad days. ( The GM didnt say this to excuse the behavior but im saying this as the customer.)
