We like the pizza here but have bad luck with this restaurant each time we go. This time I went for take out and they were cleaning their oven in the middle of the afternoon. The pizza would be ready in an hour and half. Had to cancel. The previous two times we visited they had no Ac in the restaurant. Another time we called to order take out and they weren’t accepting take out orders.

They seated us quickly, the bruschetta app was very good, and the pizza was amazing. We tried 3 different pizzas, and they were all good. Service was great as well.

Hardly any toppings. Crust was soggy. Place was clean and comfortable. Service was OK. Nothing special.

I've eaten pizza all over the country. I've eaten a lot of them in my 73 years but none as sad as the 12" Grimaldis served me last evening. Hard to find sauce and even less cheese. hand tossed crust? I think not. Won't return.

I use to go to the Original under Brooklyn Bridge. In my opinion the best pizza in USA. So I couldn't wait to try their place in Fort Myers it's been a couple years. I always get extra pepperoni and extra source, their special sauce which is why they are the best. Unfortunately this pizza was nice and thin but little no sauce. What little sauce there was they located in one spot. 80% of the pizza had none and was not spread to the outer edge so a 1 inch crust with no cheese or sauce. Pepperoni was bland. It was ok if you compare it to the usual bad Florida pizza but a mile away from Grimaldi's NYC. Such a pity.

Best pizza since we moved here from NJ, we had antipasto, Caesar salad, white pizza, meatball, pepperoni and sausage pizza and the dessert trio, all delicious! Our server, Sarah, was excellent and attentive, and the GM Randy came and talked with us a couple times, can’t wait to go back!

I have been to Grimaldis in Arizona about 30 times. Never have they treated me like garbage and never did they mess up my pizza so royally. The old waiter with the fried blond hair almost bumped into me outside when I walked out without saying “excuse me” or “sorry”. I got a wet margherita pizza. Have you ever seen a pizza that sweats ? Literally sweaty pizza when I specifically asked for margherita that is crispy and burnt. When I asked the waiter why is the margherita so wet he said this is what margherita looks like and went on long useless tangent about what a margherita looks like? I specifically asked for well done, crispy, and even burnt pizza. I was like I know what a margherita pizza looks like. Then he yelled across the restaurant about us needing to pay for the bruschetta board which we were going to anyways ? As if we needed $15 but he wanted to shame us. Sir you are just a waiter and you failed even at that ? how embarrassing for you. Then he came and threw the check on my husbands hands. What an incredibly low class place. Low in morals, low in service, and low in food quality. Disgusting people and place.
