Absolutely disgusting. I haven't had KFC in years and was extremely dissatisfied. I ordered the fill up box with the 8-piece and tenders. The chicken was old. Some were undercooked and bloody. Also, they didn't include the chicken tenders or the gravy for my mashed potatoes and gravy. Half the chicken had 1/2 the breading on it and it was bare chicken. I will never order KFC again. What happened?! I ordered door dash and all they have me was a $10 credit. I've visited this location and someone had taken my order previously for pickup. I got this for my father. I didn't try it but he didn't complain. If it was as bad as tonight, I'm sorry I gave him that chicken. The restaurant is run down, dirty and the employees don't seem to care about their customers.

The staff was really kind and attentive. But regarding the food... I can honestly say these are the worst chicken tenders I've eaten in my life, (and I'm counting fake chicken from McDonald's too). When I purchase tenders from some others KFCs, 5 tenders can fill up a box because they are big. The chicken tenders I purchased today were 8 and didn't even fill the small box where 6 biscuits fit tightly. On top of everything, the flavour of the mini tenders was nothing like what KFC tastes like.

I ordered the big box 3pcs with Mac &cheese and coleslaw original and they gave me mashed potatoes instead and I ordered in the parking lot then went inside and as soon as my order came up I sat down to eat it the food was cold and very greasy and when I went up to complain the young man couldn't understand English your money is better spent elsewhere.

We stopped and got 12 pics. Dinner all white meat. Everything was as expected.
This was a typical kfc, we ordered and brought it home, and it was good. I'm very pleased that the biscuits were not like hockey pucks. They were actually edible.The downside is that I had to use the restroom. It was a mess! The toilet handle was broken, so I couldn't flush, and there was standing water around the bowl. I would've just walked out, but we had a long drive to get home.I hope this gets fixed, we really liked the service and food that we got and would like to go back sometime
So far so good. I have not experienced anynegative vibes yet.

My bf has ordered online from there 3 times the first time the chicken was dark and did not taste good at all. They did not change the fry oil and you could taste it on the chicken but he ate it cause he felt bad that I drove him and didn't tell me the next day. The second time he ordered they forgot to put some chx in his order. But the 3rd time they made up for it by throwing up a biscuit. We both understand it's late night and nobody wants to be dealing with Karen's or Bob's at 8-9-10 p.m. but we also worked 10 hour shifts and hate getting home to open up the food and see that chicken is missing or that the chicken Is so dark you know it's from dirty fryer oil. We just wanna eat and go to bed.
