Simply the best food in Southwest Florida. Innovative, interesting dishes and really unique combinations. There’s tons of good, traditional restaurants in the area but Liberty is the only one consistently pushing the envelope and really elevating every plate. If you are a foodie, Liberty is a can’t miss.

Wow! I’m so glad we ended up here finally! Liberty is such a great experience from start to finish. The staff make you feel like you’re home. They care and are knowledgeable. Watching the cooks prepare your food is amazing too. Tonight we tried many dishes- all great! Our favorite dish was the gnocchi! Our waters were continuously filled. Best restaurant in Fort Myers. Well done Liberty! We will see soon!Such a great concept- such great creativity throughout.

A+++! This place is a gem on all levels. The staff, amazing and engaging, attentive and very welcoming. The food tasted absolutely amazing. Like everything we had was spectacular. This was a special Valentine’s Day event with a fixed menu and everything that was prepared for us was so good. We will surely visit this amazing establishment again soon. On the drive home we couldn’t stop talking about our experience and said it may have been the best food we’ve ever had at a restaurant. We are from Seattle so the food scene is pretty big there but Liberty blew us away. Will absolutely come back when we are in town next.
Where do I start? First we made a reservation for 2 and had the best seats in the house! Second, the hostess/servers were so sweet and filled us in on how we order/menu options. Third, the food was AMAZING! Literally everything we ate was incredible-home run-so gooooood! The chef, Richie and sous chef Nick were warm, friendly, fun and so talented! I look forward to taking my husband the next time!

Wonderful limited menu of carefully paired flavors and textures matched with affordable wine. No liquor, but why mask such great food and wine pairings?
