When i came to the drive thru on April 14th 11:25Pm ish somewhere around this time, i was trying to order. And then this lady with that tried taking my order was rude as heck. As soon as i pulled to the speaker, she badly gave me attitude for no reason and every time i kept on trying order she kept saying “Is this it” “is this it” and a yelling loud voice. This is the worst customer experience i had ever had at McDonalds. I’m a manager at a fast food place and this should have never happend. I hope ya’ll give a little talk to that person who ever worked that shift on April 14th 11:25ish-11:30Pm at night. Never coming to this location again.

If I could give 0 stars for the atmosphere and service I would! Everytime I come here through the drive thru, when they are taking my order, the staff is extremely impatient. pushy with us finishing our order when we are still looking at the menu! Last time we were ordering the lady cut us off completely, rushed my fiancé JUST BECAUSE OF SHIFT CHANGE. I think the staff needs to be relooked at. So unprofessional. I’ll go else where because this seems to be an every day thing.

$4.59 for just a sandwich. It was a bun with 2 pickles and an overcooked strongly piece of chicken with no sauce or mayo. I asked ant the counter and they said that this is how it comes. The soda from both machines was flat. So I think they ran out of CO2 and either did not realize it or did not care. Are least the fries were hot and crispy.

The recent experience at the drive-through was disheartening. Unfortunately, the night employee at the drive-through communication style, reminiscent of an older, mature woman, was far from professional. Previous visits to the same location, where interactions with younger staff showcased greater professionalism, made this encounter particularly disappointing. Politely asking if there was a reason for her to be raising her voice at me, I chose to disengage, as maintaining a drama-free environment is my preference.

Ordered 3 big MacsIt had no sauce barley little lettuce was brown asked for onion got 2 slivers fish asked for extra sauce add onion got again 2 little slivers of onion the sauce was on the edge of the sandwhich the rest was in the box fryes were old and cold I don't know mngers need to step up and train your employees better or our all of you smoking dope it was a bad exspeirence date 1/15/2024 at 6:45 pm and I will be getting hold of copporet I've never seen people not care about there jobs just there for a paycheck
