Very slow service. It took forever to get the check, the dessert we ordered was out and instead of the server asking us for a different option she came out with some orange cake. We were dissatisfied with that and asked for tiramisu. I also saw our server cutting bread and making drinks. I can’t believe she had to serve all those tables and cut bread and serve drinks on top of it.This restaurant should hire someone to do these additional bartending activities. We would have definitely ordered another bottle of wine for the table but because we weren’t asked we didn’t.I asked the server what the specials were and she said they were on the chalk board, no one at the table was able to read the chalk board, then she said most people take a photo with their phone. So I had to stand up, move to the middle of the restaurant and took the photo then sit down and pass my phone around.Excellent octopus, branzino was amazing!

730 reservations and no one said a word to us until 745. Sat at 8 and then did not get our food until 935. Still no one thought that was even a problem. Food was okay. Waitress was good, but no thought for the time issue. Was very disappointed.

What a great nite!! Our dinner was fantastic! We started with meatball appetizer that I would highly recommend . We had the pappardelle brisket , fettuccine bolognese .. both were incredible!! For dessert we had limoncello marscapone cake … one of the best desserts ever!!! It was our first time at Osteria Celli and it is now one of our favorite restaurants!

We had a super delicious dinner Wednesday eve at Osteria Celli. I'm Italian and this is the real deal as far as Italian goes, they make their pasta(fettuccini, pappardelle, angel hair) in house. We didn't have reservations but it's open seating at the bar. The environment is lovely but I would image that when it's a full house it's probably pretty noisy as it was only 3/4 full on a Wednesday eve and it was loud. Certainly not going to keep me from returning though. This place is sooooo yummy, my only regret is that I found it on my last night in town.

Last night's dinner with our out of town guests was very disappointing! We frequent Osteria Celli often and don't care to return. We waited 1.5 hours for our entrees then one wasn't correct so our friend didn't eat. We left rather upset after leaving the required 18% gratuity for the 6 of us..
6 of us looked forward to eating here. Nice wine & salads but then waited 2 hours for our meals. 1 of the meals was delivered without the requested Alfredo sauce and was then told they couldn't do it. Overall a huge disappointment at how they handled the situation.

I have been to this restaurant 4 times now and it is absolutely wonderful. The service is excellent. The food is superb. And the wine list is very complimentary to the menu choices. I am not a local but I have family in the area. This is their favorite neighborhood restaurant and I agree!
