Okay so I usually order from Domino's and their Pizza lately has not been great. So I wanted to try somewhere different and had decided to pick some pizza up for my kids for dinner. I have had the experience that when you order the specials where you have to buy two to get them for six or seven dollars the quality is very poor but I had high hopes for Papa John's. It was horrible. The order was ready fairly quick however when I walked in the store there was a gentleman there who wasn't wearing an apron wasn't wearing gloves was sweating profusely and was not a very nice person or happy. My 2-year-old daughter said hello he ignored her and I asked him if he was the only person working in the store he answered yep so I did feel bad for him for that. The pizza quality when I got home was extremely poor! It had hardly any sauce on it and the crust itself was flat in some spots the pizza was awkward and Miss shaped as well as the cuts themselves the slices were horrible there was a slice of pizza that was 1 in wide it was just horrible. I just feel like when you order these pizzas even if they are the medium specials they should be treated the same as a specialty pizza or any other pizza and made the same. I will never go to this Papa John's again.

They couldn’t find my address and decided to just cancel the order. After calling they said they would make my order again and that it would be another half hour for delivery. I got my original order and it was cold. I like cold pizza just like anyone else but just tell me you are sending the original order. They obviously wanted to save a few dollars and give me the order they didn’t know how to deliver. The delivery girl was very friendly.

Every single time I order the Papa John’s Cool Ranch Papadia, there’s a guy that works there, he literally forgets to put the cool ranch seasoning on top of the papadia, like BRUH! HOW DO YOU FORGET to put the seasoning on it!!!!!!!!! That’s the main reason why I ordered it!!!!! That guy has no brains that works there!!!!!!!!
I ordered a simple cheese pizza and boneless wings and put no contact delivery but instead of obeying, the simple, no contact delivery, he kept pounding on my door so I ran downstairs with baby over my shoulders to answer the door as I answer the door my dogs then start running out the door as he tells me he just needs me to sign the receipt since when not only did I sign the receipt he left, and took the half of my receipt with him, and I found it this morning, crumpled up and thrown in a bush the drivers name was Chadwick Bryce

I'm disappointed that I asked for extra pineapple tonight and it seems like we got even less that usual. Makes me feel like they don't even care that we have to pay extra for that. I'm not sure that I'll go here again.

Ordered online 11:15am no issues the delivery time was 30 to 45 min left the store at 11:35am according to the app at 12:30pm order still had not arrived and the driver tracking was turned off I called and spoke to John asking what's going on with my order no apology or anything just that his driver had multiple deliveries once again I still had no issue. I called once again was put on hold right away then John answered again I said who I was and what was going on and I just wanted to cancel the order he blew up started cursing and finally said I was done cursed back and while he was constantly yelling into the phone I just hung upThere was zero reason for this to happen I recommend that the owner of the franchise listen to the recording because if he is the manager something is extremely wrong.
