Always a good time at pinchers! My family abd I go every year and sit on their beautiful patio the service is always the best and every waitor/waitress we have had has been lovely and kind, good drinks, good people, best time always!
The atmosphere and service was good but slightly disappointed with the food. Ordered the grouper nugget appetizer and the portion was very small. Also ordered a fish dinner and it was tough and hard to chew. Overall I would give this place another chance since I had a really good experience at the Cape Coral location.

Service was ok. I sat outside by the water. It took them a while to greet me, refill my drink, and bring me the bill. I only tipped 15% because of that. The food was ok. The crab dip has barely any crab in it. It was more like queso. The baked beans weren't even edible. They tasted awful, I ordered a crab cake which wasn't that good, and I ordered a blue crab which was mushy. Mashed potatoes were good though.

Victoria is a wonderful manager! Always friendly always checking on people just so nice and makes you feel so good. She is very personable and I love that. Every time I come to eat here I feel welcomed by her. Thanks to her I have a great experience when I come.

I had the blackened black grouper. It was awesome. The mashed potatoes were really good and so was the green beans. For an appetizer I had coconut shrimp. It was very good too. Would recommend both of those dishes. We did have an issue with the clams and they took them off of our bill. Overall it was a very good experience.
Love their shellfish and fish. Staff is friendly and professional, service is excellent, and the manager comes around to make sure all is well.
