The pizza was cold when I got it and the cinnamon sticks and the bread sticks were both super hard/crunchy so I could only eat part of them because of how hard they were. I spent almost 30 bucks on food that was terrible! I tried calling to complain and no one picked up the phone when I tried calling, I normally LOVE pizza hut but this time I was VERY VERY dissatisfied!

I have seen some of the negative reviews and wonder how those came to pass. I have been coming here for 10 years and have not once been disappointed. They have never messed up my order, the food has always been great, and the counter people and cooks are very polite and attentive. I do go to other places and while they have tasty pizzas, I pay quite a bit more. For the price, service and taste I will continue coming to this Pizza Hut.

Update Jan 2024- if I wanted to wait 45min for a pizza I would’ve used door dash. I have a door dash membership. Instead, I ordered direct for 20-25min delivery. I paid a $5 delivery fee plus tip. Then after I paid for my order, I find out that door dash is delivering. It’s no different than what was happening before. Can’t believe the time stated on the Pizza Hut website. And end up with cold pizza being delivered, eventually….Update April, 2023...fast delivery and fresh pizza...must be under new management.

Tried it 3 different times. Every time the pizza was undercooked. Management just grins and is unhelpful.
Sara Nicholes (the store manager) she went out of her way to help me out with my order. She was so nice and she gave us 10/10 customer service and really positive attitude. Definitely would recommend this place only for her and would definitely come back! Thank you so much.

Horrible horrible horrible experience. Food was awful, ordered beef brisket pizza and instead of the usual pizza sauce they put sweet barbeque sauce on the pizza and the beef brisket must have ended up on someone else's pizza because it certainly wasn't on mine. So, as soon as I got home with the pizza and was made aware of what was in the box by my disappointed hungry family, I attempted to contact the pizza hut location immediately in hopes of picking up the correct pizza before they close. I would think that calling 40 prior to close would have been adequate time for them to prepare another pizza for me to go pick up , again. However , I was wrong because during tha 40 min period I called and called and called but no one answers the phone and every call ends with a voicemail box is full and then disconnects the call. 11 times I called this store and not once could I reach someone who works there. I reached a call center a couple times and explained my situation and was transferred back to the store which took me to a voicemail box that is full again. On the last attempt , call number 11, jus before closing I reached the call center once again and explained to her my issue and once she realized I wasn't placing a new order and it was time to end her shift she stopped communicating with me and said she coulnt hear anyone on the line and was disconnecting the call and so she did. My assumption of the full voicemail box is that I'm not the only dissatisfied customer calling in an attempt to get what I paid for from such a poorly managed operation. Shame on you pizza hut. Get your act together if you plan to stay in business because a lot of your competition already make a much better pizza and provide an exceptional customer experiences. From now on I'll go elsewhere for pizza and stop wasting time and money at pizza hut. Good day.

We just went in there to get a pizza and those decorations are so cute! I loved Fred the employee of the month. The way the decorate the place is so adorable and friendly, the service there is also amazing and wonderful! Thank you.
