Not able to mobile order, go to location and lobby closed, only drive thru, go to drive thru & told out of wings. Waste of time coming here & awful customer service!
I don't know how the food was, because I waited in line, behind 2 other cars, for 20 minutes, and that was just when the first car moved up. There was only one car in the lot and I only saw one customer inside. I tried calling to see if it would be quicker to go in, but nobody ever answered the phone. If the inside looked as trashy as the outside, it had to be a pig pen. I'll never go back.

The buttermilk biscuits were very bland. That's why I go to the Popeyes is for the biscuits. Very disappointed ☹️
the intercom barely works and EVERYTIME i get food from here it's basically deep fried bones. the service is terrible they throw everything in the same box and put it in the bag on its side so everything ends up mixed together in the bottom of the bag. This place is absolutely terrible PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Came to order a small order of chicken and sides, the person on the intercom had a hard time with understanding English (obviously cause the language barrier) I guess cause when we got to the window he hands us this huge bag with multiple boxes and sides and our total was over 50 bucks. My husband casually just goes with it and pays and we leave. Bringing home enough food to eat on for the week...

I ordered through the drive-thru a 3 piece combo and I specifically asked for 3 breasts, a small side of gravy, a large mashed potatoes with gravy and a large Coke no ice. The young man who took my order was polite and friendly, I received my quickly. When I got home, my combo was missing the biscuit, the food was barely warm, the side of gravy was almost close to not being warm. We started to serve the mashed potatoes which were stiff and very dry when we noticed that the mashed potatoes had clumps of a white powder, which we assumed were instant dehydrated potatoes. Very disappointed with this meal.
