Garbage pizza

Food was terrible. Dry hard and cold! Nothing was labeled, the workers were very rude when asking about what they had on display. Poor communication, all workers knew barely any English.

Pepperoni pizza was undercooked and greasy. They were out of breadsticks at 6pm. There were only 3 choices of fountain drinks.

I like this sbarro. The prices are normal prices, not super high airport prices. The only thing was, one of my slices was not all the way warm. I should have checked right then. No worries, I work on the plane and was able to heat it up ?. All in all, it is a great place, nice employees

Honestly, wasn't the greatest nor the worst pizza. But this is what it is, the best food choice in this terminal at an affordable price. I've tried the other food options and won't be back to those. While the breadstick was not my fav and I won't order it again, the pizza was decent and service was quick and friendly. I do wish they'd used just a bit more heat though.

Lots of attitude for an airport location, even when not busy. Communication among team poor, customer relation poor. And by the way... with no signs that you don't take cash, how would the customers know. 10 min to pay for a soda when no one else at register is awful.

Stopped at noon for lunch before a flight! Pizza was not fresh or even close to fresh. They were out of coke. And cashier was very matter of fact and not friendly at all. They chose to hear yup myPizza, then give it me and THEN heat up the stale breadstick. So by the time I got breadstick pizza was cold. Typical airport establishment I guess. Rsw could use a few more options!

Worst Sbarro location. The employees seems completely indifferent, as if you bother them if you try to order something, and the food is undercooked and soggy.I wish I read the other reviews before I stepped in...

All the bad reviews from years ago to current are the same, and accurate.Under/over cooked, no consistency, or it’s not even put out in the first place. Very real possibility of no food.Staff doesn’t care/lazy/just there to collect a check, without any effort.Soda/pop machine broken, have to buy the bottles that are room temperature. Put a sign up that it’s broken, so we don’t get to the register and have to walk through the line of people and luggage to get a bottle.Ownership: don’t give me the same response “we take this to heart” you don’t care. It’s 100% obvious. As long as you’re in the concourse, nothing is going to change.Complete waste of space.

Ok. Hot pizza at 7am? Yes. Spinach and mushrooms. They put my breakfast slice in the oven to heat. Diet cokes cold in the cooler. $9. In an airport too. Friendly counter guy at 7am. Knowing he got here at 5:30 through security and then to work. I appreciate when people make that kind of effort for me. Ill grab another next week, and then the week after.......
