What an unpleasant experience been going there every Friday for at least four years and never missed one and my phone was on one percent and the Lady told me I needed to download some app to get my dollar off forget about it never going to smoothie King
The customer service here is horrible. I had tried to order through the app for delivery a couple of days ago and then my order didn't go through but I still got charged. And then when I called they told me they couldn't do anything because of no manager on duty, what kind of store doesn't have a manager there. I called three times and everytime there was no manager. I decided to call my bank instead because they were useless here.

I absolutely loveeee me some Smoothie King! My go to is the Veggie Slim-n-Trim w/ energizer & immunity added. The girl there, I believe her name is Catherine (I hope I got it correct). She goes above and beyond! Let me tell you, I come to this location 3-5 days out of the week and she never falters. When I pull up to the drive thru & she immediately says 'Hi! You can pull up to the window!' I love having that type of relationship with an establishment that you connect to & they already know what you want without even asking! I've never been inside the store but it appears to be very clean and bright! Really love this location and its wonderful employees!

I had a bad experience at Tropical Smoothie, so I gave this place a try. The workers were very nice, and my smoothie was delectable. Will be coming here again.
I come here often and I just have to say, my experience here is always great! I receive my smoothie fast, it always tastes good, the staff are so friendly. I’ve never had anything bad to say about this place! ❤️

I usually order online but ordered in the drive thru instead today. My order is usually $7.02 online for the small gladiator with 2 required add ins, peanut butter and blueberries. I ordered this today at the store instead and it was $8.60. I asked why I was charged extra since I only had the two add ins and they said management requires it as an upsell. That's not an upsell, that's a rip off. I would say I'd just keep ordering online instead from now on but I think I'm just done coming here instead.
