Blasting emo music and Britney Spears songs not you typical Starbucks to set down and get some work done

I visited the store on 4/2 to place a simple order. My review is because of three simple words, "I am sorry," that weren't used by Joey! He couldn't just acknowledge my issue with a member of the staff who was given trash duty, who had no consideration when a person is placing an order in the drive-thru, to just stop for (5) seconds, since they know they use the noisiest trash cart to move the can to the dumpster. Unfortunately, the team member has to walk past the drive-thru speaker box, and you can't hear a damn thing, nor the associate inside. This has happened multiple times, not just today! For what Starbucks charges, I expect better service for the money I spend there. Buy a better cart!

Personally this is the best Starbucks in Ft Myers. I’ve visited several locations several times and I must admit that this spot takes the cake. Terri and her crew provide phenomenal service and honestly they’re the friendlier of Baristas in our local area. I wouldn’t bother going to another Starbucks as long as they’re here. Order is always right and speedy service 10/10 experience everytime
This was the worst experience ever, the girl giving me my drink was giving me the dirtiest look ever. I pay good money, I got four drinks I deserve good treatment as a customer. If you don’t want to work then just don’t do it, it is not my fault that you had a bad day I don’t deserve a bad attitude as a paying customer. I will NEVER GO Back to this dumb store.
As someone who goes to Starbucks quite often, I know that they give you the option to leave a tip. The drive through worker did not give me the option and had no problem adding a tip herself without asking.

My husband walked into the store, doors were open, another person had just gotten their drink and were walking out, the employee looked at my husband and said “we are closed” after he told them he has been standing there for 3 minutes waiting to be acknowledged the employee continues to say well we are closed and walked him to the door and locked the door behind him. I’m sorry but as someone who has worked in the food industry that is NOT how you treat your customers and if they are able to walk into your store, you should be serving them. This location especially has gone downhill. No customer service at all, and when you do get a drink it’s a miracle when someone actually makes it correctly. Everyone seems lazy, no smiles, and a lot of sighing and huffing and puffing when you try to customize a drink. I will be taking this up the chain to district management at this point!

So worried about keeping the drive through moving and making mobile orders for people that aren’t here yet that it took over 25 minutes to get drinks inside when there was only 1 other person in there!
