I went with my husband on 4/26/24 at 8:03pm. The place was empty and the lady had a horrible attitude, making faces, throwing things and saying she didn't understand what I was asking. I was about to leave the food and leave. People like these should not be working directly with the client, if you don't like your job, it's better to leave it very racist!!!

This was the worst. I asked for a veggie sub. He wanted to give me bowl as a salad. I asked for multigrain I get white bread. Then he started just grabbing meat and putting it on. I told him no meat. He did not speak English I guess. So he finally just put veggies. I asked for more veggies. This is what I got. AS you guessed I could not eat this slop. 2 other girls standing in the corner just talking. I would think one of them might have stepped in to help him understand. But they didn't

Service was horrible. I politely asked the team member to toast my sandwich a bit longer.she purposely burnt my sandwich . I told the gentleman that was finishing putting the vegetables on my sandwich it was brunt . He completed ignored me and the manager at the register told me $11.48 for my meal that wasn’t even finished. I was so embarrassed . I pay for my meal and left. Never again will this place get my hard earned money.

My husband and I have been going to this subway for years. My husband arrived there around 8 o’clock (they close at 9) and even though the toaster machine is down, we agreed to still get the meatball marinara. After my husband have decided, the girl now tells him that the meatballs are not warm, as the warmer is “out”, which is a total lie. She just did not want to work and she has made this subway location lose our business and support indefinitely.

I wish i could give it 0 stars. Went in tonight 45 minutes before closing time and the employee working told me to not step on her freshly mopped floors. I totally understand, but maybe she should have waited because she rudely yelled at me from the back of the store where she was sitting and eating "I AM NOT TAKING ORDERS UNTIL MY FLOORS DRY!" Completely unprofessional. There was a publix worker standing and talking to her from the door and I guess they're buddies so he could go in. Extremely rude and unprofessional place. GO TO A DIFFERENT SUBWAY NEARBY.
