Hair in the food. I don't have that hair color or type. It was pulled out of the cantina quesadilla. It was ordered through DoorDash and a public review was left, but we all know that they won't post public reviews on DoorDash if they're bad.

The staff working there was nice but the food totally sucked. Their new Cantina chicken burrito had a cold tortilla hardly any of the ingredients in it that I special ordered. We also got a quesadilla pizza, Mexican pizza thing, and apparently the oil that they browned the tortillas on was rancid it tasted so nasty I had to throw it away and was burping up rancid. Made me sick I was well down the road before this happened so I could go back will not be stopping here again.

We stopped in for a quick lunch on a long drive. The food was fine, service quite slow. But the cleanliness of the restaurant and restrooms was unacceptable. My children couldn’t use the bathroom because someone had pooped in the urinals! In the women’s bathroom the bins were over flowing. When we left the restaurant, my backpack which had been on the floor under our table, stank of something disgusting, which then ended up on my clothes. I had to go back into the bathroom to try and clean myself, which wasn’t easy in somewhere so disgusting. We would be reluctant to eat at a Taco Bell again, especially as staff are clearly using those bathrooms and then preparing the food. Truly revolting.

-Kiosk only seemed to be for Taco Bell, so they were useless.- No staff to take orders except for a gentleman (very nice guy) who was making food, so it took a long time to order.-Seating area and tables were disgusting and not cleaned by staff.-Some of the food was not cooked all the way through and had no flavor.-Have signs all over about recycling you sauce packets but don't offer a recycling bin, only trash.

Just ordered the family meal from this taco Bell it was horrible not put together well soggy falling all apart tasted spoiled food was no good I will not buy from here again kids tried it says it got them sick now all us is not feeling well food is something you take seriously we consumed some of it and started to notice it was something very wrong with all of it would like a refund don't want any food wouldn't trust it ever again just over all disgusting

If you want to place an order or even just PICK UP a Mobile order. You’ll have better luck at the drive-thru ? the customer service in the lobby is a joke. Should’ve went to the one in Lehigh.
